I cannot take NDAIDS, I've had very bad reactions to Lyrica and Gabapentin. In the previous year before seeing him I changed to a Mediterranean anti inflammatory diet. No processed foods, no sugar, no artificial sweeteners, only oils are olive and avocado. I'd lost 60 pounds over the year. I had a list of things I ate and did not eat. I swim regularly. He fat shamed me, called me a liar and sent me on my way! Then in my medical record he wrote something lame like high chance of addiction!!! I have a letter from my doctor up in Wisconsin stating that I was not addicted to opioids and nowhere in my chart is it ever even suggested! Thankfully I have a legitimate pain management doctor now.
