They have a good variety of reading material. They also share the building/lobby with another medical facility (First Choice Medical Care) We got our results emailed to us in just 2 days. The lobby was clean and the couches utilized for pick ups. No appointment is necessary, but doctors orders, insurance card and form of ID are a must. Located on the second floor, just off the elevators is the business. Signage is small, but posted. I found the lobby to their office to be of adequate space and clean. I caught them around 8:50 AM which proved to be excellent because they were not busy. To the left is check-in. A woman named Tiffany was present to help me. She was wearing a white lab coat. Another woman also white lab coat and young male in in street clothes at desk. Tiffany God Bless her had no personality at all. No greeting, no smile just all business. I signed in which is standard and provided my necessary info to proceed. A form was signed confirming they had all correct info for me. Immediately after paperwork was signed I was called back. Guess what, Tiffany was my tech drawing blood. I tried to make light conversation and that failed. Again all business, roll up your sleeve and make a fist. I usually make a practice of hydrating to help with getting a great vein, but I forgot. Tiffany with lightening speed had a vein and needle in lickity split with zero pain. Well dang she is going to get props. So, thinking about combined experiences which I recall little of this was okay. They are in a customer service business and should be, or try to be at least a little friendly. However, the skill of the tech to get the job done supersedes being nice I guess, LOL! If you enter the store on the right side, that will get you in at the closest entrance to the Quest Diagnostics location inside. My visit here was on April 6, 2023. This is the first time I have been to a Quest Diagnostics location for lab testing. I had an appointment scheduled by one of the benefits of my health plan. Under normal circumstances, I just get a blood draw at my doctor's office otherwise. When you come inside, there is some seating on the left side, and to the right, you will see the check in kiosk. You'll want to make sure you have your valid identification and health insurance card as that was asked at the time of checking in there. I think they do need to update the Clinic Laboratory License from CMS on the wall, since that one expired in October 2020. I did make it here a little early, so I did have a little wait. They did run just a little behind as I think they only had one worker there at the time. While waiting, I saw some other workers use the keypad to get into the clinic area of the place. A few minutes after the scheduled time, I got called back. One thing I noticed right away is that the place was exceptionally clean. After going back to the room, I was seated and the phlebotomist verified who I was. She also had me verify the vials that are being used had my name on them, which they were. The blood draw process was very quick and smooth. The phlebotomist had a really good bedside manner too, and had a little small talk too while getting it ready and administered. After the draw was done, she had me look at the vials again and verify it had my name on it, which it did. That completed the process for me on this visit. Overall, this was an excellent experience. The service and timing of it was on point. Having an impeccably clean room is even better. The results would come back about three business days later, which is the timing she told me. If you need to have some blood draws or other things to be done like that, this place is definitely worth coming to. Plus, since it's inside Walmart, you can do some shopping before or after your appointment too.

Having recently been exposed to someone who is now hospitalized with COVID-19, and being very high…read morerisk myself, I was pleased to see that this lab offered COVID swab test results in 1 to 2 hours, so I ponied up the $225 and made an appt. All went well at my 8:15 appt, and I was told my results would be emailed to me within an hour or two. Three hours later, I drove back to this lab and complained about paying $225 for a service I did not receive, i.e., 1 to 2 hour results. I was assured that I would have my results within the hour. At the 5 1/2 hour mark, I got in my car to drive back to this lab again for a little come-to-Jesus meeting. I received my results (thankfully, negative) while enroute, so I went back home. Also, note that I tried to call this lab at both of the numbers given online; nobody ever answered and I couldn't even leave a message, as both mailboxes were full. I was totally misled by their false advertising of results within 1-2 hours, and they and I will be shortly engaging in a meeting re: at least a partial refund. You might want to check around and find a different lab.
