Not worth it, stay far away from this company, my husband thought he got lucky and rented a…read more "manager special" it turns out manager special is their used and barely patched back together furniture that won't hold up for the duration of your contract. And when it breaks they won't even come get it they will just keep demanding your money. So my husband stopped paying them hoping they will fix it or get it .They finally got it, then told him he had to keep paying for it or they will press criminal charges on him and throw him in jail if he doesn't pay them. So they have the furniture, and he HAS to give them money no matter what now, and this has been the case for 6 months now. We pay for it, they keep it or my husband goes to jail. No other furniture companies do this to their customers, so if you enter a contract with them be prepared to pay for the whole thing even if it's not even in your house anymore or they will threaten to press charges on you.

I had to interact with them for a military service for a family they represented. While I might not have gotten "service" I wanted to take the time to share the behind the scenes effort they put into the family's they represent. The staff first were very friendly and the service and care they were putting into the family of the deceased was above an beyond. They worked very well with us to make sure the family has the best experience they could. They were available on the phone and once we meet in person they were very well organized. Often a lot of these places don't spend as much effort like liaising with the military for funerals as they do in selling a death. I feel that families that have a loved one can rest know they are going to provide the best for you. These behind the scenes acts really make the difference when a family already has about to worry about. Here you won't have to worry. They are genuine and take pride in their work. I have no plans on dying in Louisiana but if I did this is definitely a family that I feel would take care of my loved ones.
