They got my brand new couch from shreveport that was delivered to deRidder and I had a huge gash in the corner. They said we can sew it up and then give you your couch in another weekeven tho I just paid $2600 for this couch. Then they gave me a couch off the show room they gave me the wrong piece of my three piece sectional. I live an hour away I get home then the manager calls my wife saying we gave you the wrong piece so we asked can you deliver it to our house? They said no we won't be going that way for another two weeks so I had to drive back down there and get my couch and the manager never came to find and talk to me. if you were a manager of a business seems like you would not let that slide a $2000 piece of furniture just leaving your store. The woman named Jamie who works here is the absolute worst! I'd rather buy furniture from a brick wall. She's very mean and negative. Stay far far far away from here if you want good service. Might as well go to Walmart! read more

And when it breaks they won't even come get it they will just keep demanding your money. So my husband stopped paying them hoping they will fix it or get it .They finally got it, then told him he had to keep paying for it or they will press criminal charges on him and throw him in jail if he doesn't pay them. So they have the furniture, and he HAS to give them money no matter what now, and this has been the case for 6 months now. We pay for it, they keep it or my husband goes to jail. No other furniture companies do this to their customers, so if you enter a contract with them be prepared to pay for the whole thing even if it's not even in your house anymore or they will threaten to press charges on you.

While I might not have gotten "service" I wanted to take the time to share the behind the scenes effort they put into the family's they represent. The staff first were very friendly and the service and care they were putting into the family of the deceased was above an beyond. They worked very well with us to make sure the family has the best experience they could. They were available on the phone and once we meet in person they were very well organized. Often a lot of these places don't spend as much effort like liaising with the military for funerals as they do in selling a death. I feel that families that have a loved one can rest know they are going to provide the best for you. These behind the scenes acts really make the difference when a family already has about to worry about. Here you won't have to worry. They are genuine and take pride in their work. I have no plans on dying in Louisiana but if I did this is definitely a family that I feel would take care of my loved ones.
