With installation, they called before they came, cleaned up after they finished and made sure I didn't have any additional questions. So nice to have such service.

They came out with the wrong part in March. In May we were told that all the parts were finally ordered, 9 months after purchasing. June the 6th, we were told the parts would be in at the end of August, 1 year after buying this inferior product that we have been living with. our salesman seems to care but nothing from the manager or owner. we want new couches but after dealing with this company, I am concerned about dealing with this. I would not recommend Stash at all.

I was denied credit and told to go to rent a center. I went to cost plus furniture on Lee street and was approved for $2500 with only $40 down. Go to cost plus, forget about this place.

I went to the Pro Desk and asked for assistance. The associate who helped me -- His name was Paul -- ended up making a serious mistake that has now negatively impacted my credit journey. Despite clearly explaining that I was a beginner automotive technician and wanted to purchase tools for personal use, he signed me up for a business commercial credit account instead of the standard consumer account I asked for. I was pressured and confused during the process, and being new to credit, I didn't realize the consequences until later. I made a large tool purchase under the assumption I could pay it off over time, only to later learn that commercial accounts require full payment within 60 days. I contacted the credit issuer and was told I would need to return the items, close the account, and reapply for the correct consumer version. After doing all of that -- which was a major inconvenience -- I was denied the correct card due to the hard inquiries caused by the original associate's mistake. To make matters worse, I later overheard this same employee bragging to a coworker about "screwing someone over," and I strongly suspect he was referring to me. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. This entire experience was infuriating, stressful, and unnecessary. I will not be returning to this location. If I could give zero stars, I would. Do better, Home Depot.

Before I signed an agreement or received the items I was interested in renting to own, I received…read morephone calls from them (employees of the store) saying I owed them money, aggressively asking "when am I going to make a payment", and I was "behind on my payment", plus someone came to my home and put a note on my door asking me to contact them. This is very unprofessional, disrespectful, unwarranted, and it lets me know that I should not deal with these people since they're not able to keep their orders accurate and be aware of the payment times. The harassment is ridiculous and obviously insulting. In addition, they did not have the specific items advertised as "specials" posted online, and suggested other items for higher prices. And even thou, I rented and paid off over a year in advance several more items from another Aaron's than I requested from this store they didn't want to consider my good standing with the other store and refused to allow me to rent the maximum $550 a month rent limit I was eligible to receive. I do not recommend the Aaron's in Greenville, Texas in any way, shape, or form. To be fair and remedy these issues and prevent them from happening again, every person at this location needs to be fired. I read other reviews about this store and I can tell this is not the first time customers have been mistreated. I don't understand how any business can expect to make a profit, and get repeat customers with mistreatment like I experienced. This should've never happened. The Manager(s) need to be fired and anyone else involved, including anyone who stood by and let things like this happen. I don't know what you can say or do to fix this problem.
