I took in a rug to be cleaned. I asked for an estimate and they said they would call one into me before they cleaned the rug. They cleaned the rug without calling me with an estimate. They said it would cost $147! The rug didn't cost that much! I told them not to clean it. They said they already had done so. I talked them down to $100 but it was very aggravating. read more

If this Ivory dry cleaner is in any relation to the one in Tequesta in the County Line Plaza ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK. I brought my newly purchased, never worn, with tags, $600 dress to them in a garnet bag just the other day. When I picked it up both sleeves were discolored with what ooked like oil stains all over both sleeves. When I questioned the owner his response was to yell at me saying that "it must be a factory issue at Saks 5th Ave" and "we don't use any product that could do this to clothing" blaming ME for ruining this brand new dress. This is a dress that I am supposed to wear to a wedding this weekend. Why would i ruinit They? ?They offered no aid PLUS did not even refund the $23 that I paid to have it dry cleaned along with a silk shirt that they also stained the same way. As I was walking to my car the owners wife ran after me screaming that her daughter was an attorney in case I wanted to sue. I am quite honestly thinking about it. read more

would give an even lower rating if possible. never open when it is supposed to be. finally able to pick up dry cleaning today and was charged more than double what it should have been. the only explanations were: i can't read his writing but that that's what i think it says and its a new owner and that is his pricing. definitely our last time there read more

I took a black top to this cleaner only to have it come out with spots that weren't there to start with. When I took it back and asked them to re-clean it for no charge, they refused. When I tried to make my point that the spots had not been there when I brought it in the woman working there said she could not help me. I won't be doing back! read more

Don't bother. Clothes came out wrinkled with creases down the side. I asked for NO CREASES. When I complained the counter help said ask for creases next time!!! It will cost you to get it fixed. Find a better cleaner. Customer service not worth one star. read more
