Staff is very friendly and helpful. Clothes are always clean and well pressed. They have a great seamstress.

I've used Westside Cleaners a handful of times over the years, mostly out of convenience--but unfortunately, I've never been consistently satisfied with the results. One of the more frustrating experiences was when they returned one of my husband's shirts literally half shrunk. I know that sounds strange, but one side of the shirt was visibly shorter than the other--and it absolutely was not like that when we brought it in. We followed up multiple times asking for an explanation and never received any real response or resolution. Another time, I brought in a white women's blazer with a small red wine stain. Before even attempting anything, I was immediately told they wouldn't be able to get it out. I asked them to try anyway. When I got it back, not only was the wine stain still there, but there were additional spots that hadn't been cleaned either--and I was still charged. Out of curiosity, I went home, put a little hydrogen peroxide on the wine spot, and it came out instantly. I then brought the blazer to another dry cleaner, and they were able to remove the remaining stains without an issue. It honestly made me question whether my jacket had even been cleaned at all. At one point, I inquired about their delivery service and was met with a pretty rude response--basically told that unless we used dry cleaning weekly, they wouldn't consider us. That was surprising, especially since we do use dry cleaning regularly--we just choose to go elsewhere because of past experiences. They said they'd follow up and send a driver with a bag...that never happened. Most recently, I brought in a bundle of clothes, including very small toddler items. I made a point to mention that some pieces were for young children. When I picked everything up, I was charged the same price for a toddler suit as an adult suit. When I asked about it, I was told they don't differentiate pricing for kids. That didn't sit right--there's a big difference between cleaning a tiny toddler outfit and a full adult suit. At that point, it honestly felt like I could have bought new clothes for the same price. After multiple experiences like this, I had to ask myself how many chances to give. For me, this was the last one. read more

Steer clear of this place. Not only is the cleaning below average but the employees, especially the owner, treat their customers, at least this one, very poorly. Strongly suggest to find another dry cleaner where they understand how to talk to and treat their customers. read more

10/8/2025: The new owner has reached out to me asking if I have been back since they have assumed ownership. I was back, and in fact had just picked up 2 pair of dress shorts to be alerted. Terrible experiences. I found this place after my normal dry cleaners closed down. Way more expensive at westside cleaners but I don't mind paying extra for quality. In terms of dry cleaning I have no complaints, nothing amazing but they do the job. The treatment of customers is the problem. There is a woman who works there with a thick accent that multiple times I've seen her to be incredibly rude and condescending to her coworkers and customers alike. She is actually mentioned in multiple reviews. Well a few months back they apparently did not give me all my clothes when I picked them up but did not let me know that. I get a large amount of clothes dry cleaned at once so being short a few shirts would not jump out at me. So I get a call from the heavy accent woman telling me I have dry cleaning to pick up and I was a little confused that they were telling me 3 months later. I said no problem, I'll pick them up as soon as I can. She responded in such a nasty voice saying I need to pick them up immediately because they have a 30 day hold policy. I could not believe that I was being talked to that way, especially after they never informed me that I was missing shirts but now I'm being threatened with this policy. I told her that was incredibly unacceptable and unprofessional to talk to me that way and she hung up on me. I called back and another person picked up and was incredibly apologetic. According to her they were supposed to text me but for whatever reason it did not happen. Not telling me I was missing shirts until months later did not bother me, stuff happens and I have more than enough shirts, but the nastiness and threats they came from that woman was incredible. I will never go back, that woman does not know how to treat customers and based on the other reviews I cannot believe she remains employed there. read more

I wrote a review previously that was not flattering. Upon arrival they had valid excuse for what happened. I went back and updated their review. Well, I dropped off clothes on Thursday and was told they would be ready on Monday. I said that would be fine as I have a fight Tuesday morning. I came back on Monday around 4:30 PM to find the clothes are not ready and was told they were suppose to be ready on Tuesday. Three ladies working by themselves and not capable from the appearance. I stood at the counter for 30 minutes while they advanced the conveyor one item at a time. They finally said the dry cleaning was ready but not the laundered shirts. Since the new owners, whoever they are, took over, this dry cleaners has the worst service!! I changed my phone number in their system months ago and when my dress was ready they called the old number. They didn't get an answer, so they decided to "donate my expensive dress" because I didn't pick it up within 30 days!! Personally, I think they helped themselves to it!! I will never use them again!! I recently tried Westside Cleaners because they're more convenient than my normal cleaners. One time was enough for me. Was greeted by a miserable woman, who obviously hates life. I told her I was a new customer and she rolled her eyes because she had to enter my name into the system. Then she told me it would $21 for six shirts! That's absurd considering I only pay $14 at my normal cleaner. Against my better judgment I still left them with my six shirts. Returning for pick up, once again the same miserable woman was working the front door. She was having a vulgar conversation with the woman in the back and seemed upset that I walked in to pick up my clothes. And upon inspection of my shirts I noticed that half of them still had wrinkles in them and Iron creases all over them. I still paid because I knew I would never be returning. NEVER GO TO WESTSIDE CLEANERS! Terrible service, terrible quality and terrible prices. read more

Westside Cleaners always does a great job on my clothes. The prices are fair, the service is prompt, and the employees are courteous. My only wish was that they had a drive-thru, but their location prohibits that. I would give it zero starts if I could. This used to be the best drycleaner with friendly employees and excellent drycleaning services, until they were sold. This place is completely unorganized, low quality cleaning and rude employees since it is under new ownership. My first drop off after a change of hands, my white pants weren't clean. They re-cleaned them but now they have a gray tinge to them. My fourth drop off was just a single pair of black womens pants. My husband picked them up for me. But they gave him blue pants with a different brand. They were pants they forgot to give me on the 3rd drop off, plus they gave him 3 others from the 2nd drop-off. They then proceeded to charge him $99 for 4 pairs of pants. I took the four pairs of pants back and explained they charged him $99 (they charge $9.70 to clean a pair of pants) and didn't give him the black pair of pants. They told me there's nothing they can do, and tried to claim the blue pants they gave him were the pair on the ticket that said black pants. They also told me to contact my credit card company about the $99 charge because they can't fix that either. But my husband paid cash, not a credit card. So we are now out about $60 in overcharges plus a pair of black pants. I will never use Westside Cleaners again! read more

I brought my clothes in and was quoted $50.93 for a polo shirt, long sleeve shirt, blazer and 3 dresses. When I picked everything up I was told the charge was $83.56 and that someone made a mistake when they input the order and gave me my pickup slip. When I explained that I would have never left the clothes to begin with if I knew how expensive they were, the girl behind the counter could have cared less and said, "yes, we are expensive". I will never be back. BE CAREFUL!! Update from my first review. Ownership reached out and was apologetic for the misunderstanding which is commendable.
