He told us that he had to send us a quote via email. That was strange as everyone that came after him gave us a quote on the spot. He told us he would send the quote the next day and he was going to drop off a sample of the color sample as well, as he lives very close to us. The next day he did not show up. The quote was never sent. We have not hear from him since we saw him at our house. Very unprofessional!!! What a waste of time! I guess Brock Windows and Steve Matika don't care about quotes, sales and good customer service!!! We got a great quote elsewhere and we are getting our new door installed next month! Thanks for nothing Steve and Brock Windows and Doors!!! What a wonderful prctice for your potential new customers!
