PLANET OF THE VAPES This Bolingbrook dispensary has solid products, good prices, and nice vibes. I've been coming to Ivy Hall since they first opened back in June 2023.  You can find them on Route 53 & Lily Cache Ln in the space formerly occupied by Golden Chopsticks (a beloved Chinese restaurant). The staff here are friendly and knowledgeable.   Placing an order online is fastest, but you can also browse in-store via large touchscreens.  They've got glassware and other accessories on shelves gently illuminated by pink neon signs.  My wife said she really liked the energy here, and she's very perceptive at picking up on vibes. Depending on the week, I'll usually pick up a 1/2 gram cart with fun terpenes; Fernway is my favorite brand and their "white widow" hybrid is pretty terrific.  In the past, I've also purchased a pre-roll 2pk and 7g of flower (a 'quad', IFKYK) at very fair prices. It's definitely worth signing up for their points system - I once spun their prize wheel at the Taste of Bolingbrook and won $15 worth of store credit!  They also have new customer deals, end-of-month sales, and seasonal promotions so there's always an opportunity to save $$. * TL;DR * Ivy Hall stocks a wide variety of things that can send you to outer space. They have a generous rewards program and a vast selection of items, from edibles to bulk flower, vape cartridges and tinctures.  I've always been able to find something suitable, whether it's chill nighttime indica for the wifey, or an energetic daytime sativa for yours truly. I went to return my dab pen charger the day of buying it because it was NOT working and brought it in , this curly haired woman walked out introducing herself as manager and looking over the pen charger part asking me the same questions over and over with a rude tone talking to me as if I was doing something wrong by bringing it in for not working like I was a inconvenience and as if I was trying to do something suspicious or non honest by returning my Dab charger BECAUSE it was NOT working . she was not professional and will never go back due to this issue . Its funny how the Dispensary in Bolingbrook used to give you like 2 to 3 dollars back when using your debit. Now its like certain attendants will give you a couple dollars back while employees dont give you nothing when using debit card. Please be careful they are stealing they tip money secretly read more

It should be called IVY HALT! BAIT AND SWITCH!!! DON'T GO! In some form of defense, the employees are very nice and try to be helpful. The dispensary is very nicely decorated and welcoming. That's before the total buzzkill and last straw today. I'm a senior citizen who blew out my back, so my wife was kind enough to go pick up some edibles for me. I placed the order online, and was having trouble. The DISCOUNTS PAGE had WYLD edibles - buy one at regular price, get the next one for a penny. When you click the banner, it clearly states WHICH edibles the offer is good on. https://ivyhall.shop/bolingbrook/discount/11347 While 2 Good Tides were clearly pictured on this list, "THIS DEAL WAS NOT HONORED", so how could you then trust ANYTHING they are promoting on their website order pages? However, even though there was nothing that said anything likes "limit one per customer", I could not order more than one and still get that discount. I called their main number and CONFIRMED WITH MATT THAT "THERE WAS NO LIMIT - IT MUST BE A COMPUTER ERROR. I called back two more times, getting the confirmations AGAIN from Matt that there was no limit. "Just place the order online, go to the store and they'll take care of It.", I was told. I ordered 4 edibles THAT WERE ON THIS OFFER, ON THEIR WEBSITE ONLINE with the BAIT AND SWITCH PENNY OFFER. The total came to about $53. Until... When my wife got there, she was charged $90 - ALMOST TWICE WHAT THE ONLINE ORDER COMPUTED! My wife doesn't like confrontation, so she just paid the $90 in order to get me some relief from my pain. (NOTE: I just saw the same price disparities complaint from another reviewer, Donovan, below!) TOO BAD FOR IVY HALL I go to Michigan with two other IL friends and collectively we spend about $800- $900 each monthly. When I saw the deal on edibles at IVY HALL, I thought that evened out the cost playing field and perhaps I could now just go to the dispensary that's conveniently only 8 minutes from my house, instead of the 2 hours of travel and cost of gas, while also keeping the revenues, jobs, etc., here in my own town of Bolingbrook. I am not some young kid complaining about a measly $40. That's not the issue here. I just retired from 45 years of Senior Sales Management. They should have honored the price that THEIR website calculated, or offered something of a similar value to do the right thing. Period! While they got my $90 total today, THEY TOTALLY LOST MY TRUST AND HOPES OF THEIR BUSINESS' INTEGRITY. THEY ALSO LOST MY FUTURE BUSINESS, FOR SURE! Again, if they played this BAIT and SWITCH on the one product I found, how many more like this are on their website? And how could you trust any of the offers, prices, etc., after this experience? Personally, I can't. My friends and I will take the thousands we annually spend at The Green Door, Curalef and J.A.R.S in Southwest Michigan, and get a LOT more for our money. More important, they stand behind everything they advertise, even if it was THEM made the mistake. I've always told my sales managers and their staffs that "Every company will experience problems. It's HOW they resolve those problems that make them stand out as a bad company or a great company." The way IVY HALL (didn't) handle "their" problem and put it onto the customer demonstrates their lack of integrity THAT BAD COMPANIES DEMONSTRATE. They are more interested in the quick small dollar gains of today, rather than building a company that makes their customers WANT to come back over and over again, for years and years... THAT'S where the real money is and smart companies know that. ADVICE TO SENIOR MANAGEMENT - Either fix the glitch in your online ordering platform, or train your employees to honor what YOUR online orders calculate to be the final cost. This location is pretty dissapointing. Manager has no clue what is going on. People come to your establishment to spend large amounts of money so you'd think the manager would not want to mess with the service Prices for sales aren't accurate at checkout as they were online and when the problem was presented to the manager he had pretty much zero idea what was going on. This place is great! Staff is super friendly and helpful, but they also know to give people space and let them do their own thing if they want. Great environment and customer service. Personally I don't participate in cannabis use but I DO support local businesses and the right to choose natural medicine. I thought I'd stop in during their grand opening to see what it was all about. Honestly, it was awesome. From the second I walked in, everyone was super friendly. Inside the store, I was greeted by Andrew and after telling him I wasn't a participant, he was great at showing me other non-cannabis items they have available. He answered any questions I had regarding potency and reactions. I wasn't ignored or pushed off for not being a customer of their main product. They welcomed me in and it didn't matter if I was there to purchase cannabis or just simply learn. The aesthetic of the store is gorgeous and it feels almost like a hang out spot.
