You legit can not ask for a better place to go for your vaping needs! The owner and her family are just absolutely incredible. You feel valued/appreciated as a consumer and they are always willing to go the extra mile to get YOU what YOU need! You can't beat their prices either, finally a place not trying to rip you off and treats you like a friend rather then a number, you're met with smiles, kindness and down to earth conversation just by walking in the door! I travel from Minooka to go here and I won't go anywhere else, I don't need to, if they don't have what I need (which is super rare) they will get it for me! read more

I have come to this shop twice and both times I'm blown away by the outstanding customer service. This shop cares about the people. They want customers who return, not just a sale. The first time I came here I was having issues quitting smoking with my vape and she helped adjust me to the right nicotine level. Never once trying to up sell products. The second time I came here after a nightmare vape experience at another local shop. My mod was still not acting right and I walked in with every intention of buying a $80.00 new set up. Instead she fixed my alien mod and set me up with an external battery charger. I walked out spending a quarter of what I planned. I highly recommend coming here if you are the area. Friendly, awesome, knowledgeable, and up to date products! Seriously - don't miss out out on how it feels like family when you walk in and not just a store. read more

bought a cheap little battery for cartridges and was told that if i brought it back within 2 weeks i would receive a replacement if anything went wrong. sure enough, the battery stopped working (not their fault), so i brought it in. it was tested by an employee, he confirmed he didn't work, he then told me there was nothing he could do because this happened 13 days after purchase instead of a week later. to be fair, the employee that checked me out initially was not the same person that i brought it into, but regardless this should not have happened and i hope no one else receives conflicting information and wastes their time. read more

Walked in to find a simple, low cost starter vape-kit. Jodie was very friendly, knowledgeable, helpful. She didn't waste her time or mine showing me more expensive , and more complicated systems. Showed me an easy starter kit, and helped me choose my liquids. I would recommend Uncle Stews to anyone & everyone! We opened our business based on, we wanted to help smokers stop smoking. We wanted to offer an alternative to cigarettes. We have experienced smoking cigarettes and did the coversion to vaping, Out of all the "Stop Smoking" products on the market today vaping was the easiest conversion and most successful. We want to offer this to others and help with stamping out harmful tobacco products.

I am a registered nurse with 18 years experience in the healthcare field . I used to be smoker about 1 pack per day then I discovered Vaping and found it to be one of the easiest transitions to assist me with not smoking. I was so impressed with this method that I decided to open a business in order to help others stop smoking cigarettes. We at Uncle Stu's have helped so many people quit the habit of smoking and have seen the health benefits with our customers.

This year I got the ever famous raclette sandwich and it was worth the hype. It was a steep $20 but well worth it. You can watch how they make the sandwich in front of you. The cheese is gooey and warm, going perfectly with the soft bread and cured meat. I got everything on the sandwich including dijon mustard and pickles, which helped balance out the richness with acidity. Other notable items we got were the stroopwaffel, German bratwurst, jalapeño cheese stuffed pretzel, and hot chocolate. Everything we got tasted amazing. I love the variety of German foods that you can't find easily otherwise. There is also a lot of other vendors selling clothing, ornaments, food items, etc. There was even a glass blowing ornament tent which was super unique and only $50. Highly recommending checking out this market earlier in the season before it gets too cold!

This vapor store is amazing!!! A friend referred me here because she said the people here are very friendly and helpful and she was right! I have been here now a few times and only chose this place from now on. They are friendly and really get to know your likes and recommendations for flavors. I liked how you get to sit down and try any flavors they offer. The girl that helped me shelly was so personable and helpful. I had some problems with my e cig and she took it apart and explained to me what was wrong and fixed it for me. She took her time to help with my coil issues and made sure it was right before I left. She even gave me tips and demonstrated proper use of replacing the coils to get the best vape experience. I had never been shown such care and special attention at any other vapor store. I now have an even better vapor pen Then ever thanks to her help. This place is the best smoke and vape shop in the area! These guys have everything you can imagine. They carry products I didn't even know existed. They have a huge variety of vapes, pods, vape juices, glass and a lot of cool accessories for your pieces. Not only do they have all the products, they have an extremely friendly and helpful staff. And you actually feel welcomed to shop here. I've been to many places in the area where I felt like I was being judged and this place does not make you feel that way.
