I came in and was greeted by August, who was very nice. He took my information and told me that someone would be in touch. When I came back for my evaluation, I met with Neil. Neil was very nice. Neil took time to explain things, made sure I was comfortable, and he even accommodated my germiphobia! He will stop me, however, when I go too far with it! Lol! I was able to get an initial appoint right away. They even have transportation if you have no one to bring you for therapy, and the drivers are very friendly as well. They also work with you if you need to change your appointment to be sure you get your therapy in as ordered by your doctor. I have made incredible progress coming here and would highly recommend ATI for physical therapy.

During my time in therapy, I constantly complained about my inability to keep my balance. Basically the young inexperienced staff ignored me as if I was an actress. When my evaluation was done (on a rainy day), the pt kept telling me I was progressing doing very well. I explained to her that both my legs was hurting and the weather only makes it worst! She then scheduled me to come in the following week. I went to my doctor and he sent me to get X-rays. After my X-rays, I was sent to Einstein Orthopedic where I was given steriods shots in both my knees and a brace to help walk until my surgery. I was referred to Moss Rehab for therapy. The doctor here wrote me a prescription for a cane and work directly with me to strengthen my legs muscles. Unlike Ivy who just leave you on your own and ignore your concerns

I informed her I had medicare and supplemental Plan G and I never pay for anything and that my medicare deductible was met in February. Needless to say they sent me a bill so I called medicare who stated yes my deductible was met, and then called my supplemental who said they paid and nothing should be due. I called Ivy billing and they said I still owed money but would investigate. Don't go to this place, first because you will end up with another problem like I did with my back, and then because they scam you when billing to make you think you owe money, when you do not. I go to many doctors and I never pay anything because I have one of the best plans. Beware. Do yourself a favor and go to Rothman rehab, they know how to bill.

I have been coming to Einstein at Elkins Park for years. I like this particular location because…read moreit's so laid back compared to big hospitals. The parking is free or if you can't walk or don't feel like walking you can use the valet. Even that is free minus the generous tip that they so greatly deserve. I have been here many times for x-rays, inpatient, MRI's, rehab, Emergency, mammograms etc.... I have always had a pleasant experience here. Focusing on my most recent vist I had to get a MRI and a xray. I pre-registered, so all they needed was my request from my doctor. Every person from the receptionist to the technician treated me with much respect. They practice social distancing and wearing masks as well. I never like going to any hospital, but if I really have to, Einstein at Elkins Park would be at the top of my list.

Program to maintain the cleanliness of the HVAC system and other things.They obviously aren't doing their jobs.The pics you see are from my mom's room in the stroke unit.We complained to the nursing head and she did have room mopped and the vent vacuumed and he replaced the filter.see pic of stuff removed. Waking by rooms Peaking in what can be seen from public areas only every room is this way.Engineer should be fired and board of health should shut this place down.They have mice on glue boards that have been dead for awhile the smell is atrocious.How could these workers ignore it.The nurses and Doctors are not doing what is supposed to be done on her release orders from Penn.My sister and I were there for Five hours together and her for multiple hours more.They are not caring about her brain issues.I don't believe they have the capabilities they had years ago when they were amazing when the Hospital part was opened.Its sad how I could give this place 5 stars18 years ago to the one star now.Im only giving one because they don't have a lower number to give.This place now can only handle PT not actual full medical needs.Very sad what has become of Moss Rehab.With proper cooperation we can have her moved to a clean center with Drs and nurses that listen Instead of nurses like Joyce whs attitude is not my patient.She refused to take my number so moms nurse can call me and refused having a Dr call me.I could go on but until the news media hopefully gets the pics I sent them and complaints will be filed with Cheltenham township BOH and Lni.Even though We are making the only decision that can be made and having her moved.I will continue until this placed is cleaned and properly maintained HVAC units so these patients can breathe fresh air.The person they sent to service the unit told use that the filter has not been changed in years They are 30 day disposable filters.Thank you all for reading this and trust me say no to Moss,it's not the Moss that used to be the best.
