I came in and was greeted by August, who was very nice. He took my information and told me that someone would be in touch. When I came back for my evaluation, I met with Neil. Neil was very nice. Neil took time to explain things, made sure I was comfortable, and he even accommodated my germiphobia! He will stop me, however, when I go too far with it! Lol!
