I will be in touch - however I received two more calls after that an appointment on a Friday apparently they booked me for an appointment. and then told me that I would be charged for the next one that I did not show up for. Again no appointment was confirmed with me. I called when I got back from up north and it seemed to me that they were not willing to put me on the schedule because I didn't show up for their appointment that was not confirmed with me. I have gone to this facility many times in the past I've always been so pleased with the office staff and the physical therapist were wonderful and they helped me through my rough times this place is a joke I won't ever be returning. The quality of customer service in this facility is horrendous.

The second part of the year I saw a physical therapist for a very painful frozen shoulder, again they keep building you up adding new stretches and exercises to keep you progressing, they expect you to do streches at home as well to speed up the recovery time. All therapist are extreamly knowledgeable professional and empathetic. Carrie at the front desk is also very helpful with billing and insurance questions, very pleasant cool person.

She is very knowledgeable and caring. She adjusted my treatment as needed during the course of my therapy, resulting in 100% improvement of a year old shoulder injury. She provided written instructions for continued therapy at home to prevent additional injuries in the future. I will definitely use them for future needs and recommend others to them. It was a pleasant experience.

She has made a huge difference in my life. Her continued work on my neck and back issues have eliminated my migraines and acute headaches. The range is now mild discomfort, to pressure, and often none at all. She implemented a variety of exercises and massages (craniosacral therapy) then modified them for maximum results. I am confident with the changes she has made at Alley and to my home exercises. She even had ideas that have improved my allergies and sensitivities. She listened to my concerns about my elderly mother who uncharacteristically started getting angry only at me. Shraddha gave insight as to how very young children can react the same way to their mom. I like that they are one-stop health care, and whatever they don't do at the office gets handled quickly with a referral. An added bonus is the patient web portal that allows you to log in and get test results, etc. The office is very clean, and the Medical Assistants that I have seen were all competent and nice.

The other bright side Dr. I had access to all my labs in the U of M health system and the St Joe system. I had two issues that have developed over the last year and he was able to issue referrals for treatment from my previously used specialists. Something my former PCP would not do. He is a partner in "Partners In Internal Medicine". They have two offices, 1 in Canton the other in Ann Arbor. They have an onsite lab so I have to go back Monday morning to complete today's visit. My spouse sees Dr. Hashemian from the same practice. We highly recommend the treatment we receive.

On both cases, I've found them to be not only effective, but everyone there is attentive, good communicators, as well as just friendly and caring. It's the best medical place of any kind I've been to. Special props to Heather LaHaie, who is also the Director. She will ask some REALLY picky questions at times but she digs hard to figure out exactly what the issue is she the best way to treat it. But she's only a little cut above the rest. You won't go wrong there. Also, it's very nice looking inside. Everything looks clean and well cared for, and big front windows let in lots of natural light.

It was a little chilly in the room so I was offered a warm blanket. And then when I was still cold, they gave me another warm blanket. Each time they came into the room, which was every 15 minutes, they always had a smile on their face. When the procedure was over, the nurse was kind to let me know what to expect next and how many days to wait for the results before it would show up on my portal. If you have a procedure to be done, it's worth the drive out to Brighton. I love it every time I come out to this facility.

They gave her attitude after she spelled her last name. The same receptionist ignores me when I spell my name so it takes like 3-4 minutes extra before she actually decides to listen to what I'm saying. If I were the u of m I would retrain some of your staff in customer service. The care once you get past reception is great. The physical therapists are amazing and so helpful. The biggest issues are the long wait times made worse by inefficient and rude staff.
