Her book "It's Not Carpal Tunnel Syndrome" was one of the first great books that I found when I started getting RSI symptoms, but I really didn't even think to reach out until I saw another recommendation online; pointing out that she does have a clinic and does video consultations. I called and had an appointment within a few days. The first appointment was focused on immediately giving me a bunch of stretching exercises and changes on how I work.
