From my first visits, I presented the doctor with a distinct swelling and heaviness behind my knee that started right after the injury. During my second visit, right before he ordered the second MRI, he physically examined the swelling with his own hands and suggested it might be a lipoma rather than a Baker's cyst. Because my pain temporarily subsided but the heavy swelling remained, we moved forward with that second MRI.When I returned to address the persistent swelling, the doctor completely denied his own physical findings from that second exam, claiming he 'had no documentation' of it and gaslit me by suggesting the swelling magically appeared after the first MRI. When the second MRI came back clear of a cyst or lipoma, instead of doing his job as a specialist to investigate the actual physical trauma, he dismissively told me, 'This is just how your body looks, it's a cosmetic issue and not my job.'When confronted with facts, his attitude became incredibly toxic, arrogant, and defensive. He told me to 'go find another doctor' if I didn't like his opinion and demanded 'proof' that the swelling was from the injury--ignoring the fact that he was the one treating the injury from day one! To make matters worse, his unprofessional behavior continued even as I was leaving the office. Avoid this doctor at all costs if you expect clinical accountability, accurate documentation, or basic human respect."

Have you ever sat through a timeshare sales presentation? Well, that is exactly what this was like. Lots of copies or articles praising himself and DCA and criticizing us for her having back surgery over 20 years ago. The entire 50 minute evaluation (sales presentation) consisted of scare tactics against surgery or delayed treatment and lots of self-admiration. Finally, after about 40 minutes of high pressure sales tactics and the self-glamorization, he stated the cost would be 10K with 1.2 K covered by our insurance. Then came the final blow for me. Dr. Losagio said... "But This offer is only good for 72 hours". I laughed and said, "Do you sell Time Shares Too?" He replied angriy with, "I guess this meeting is over". I said, "Works for me" and walked out. My wife stayed behind to hear the rest of the sales pitch. He offered 4 payment plans and then told her "Due to the three day holiday you have until noon today to decide. What is truly a shame is that his services may in fact have been able to help my wife. We might have even considered the out of pocket expense to avoid or postpone another surgery. However, once a time limit is placed on making a decision, one has to question not only the tactics but the quality of treatment itself.
