My physical therapist that came to my house, Keesha Vassel- Ford, what's phenomenal! It was very frustrating not being able to do everyday tasks and she helped me get through it. She gave me confidence that I did not know I had. She treated me with the utmost respect and at the same time it was like she was a friend that I've known for years. One person said they do, but after having case management send a referral with no response, I called back and a supervisor said they only have home health aides. I called again and spoke with someone else to inform them they need to update their service and she said she wasn't sure if the services and would return my call; however, I haven't received anything.
