Basically a money hungry business looking to make a quick buck onn the fact that my mothers health is declinding.. so disappointed. Will never go back. They need to properly train employee. We…read morepaid to have the service, but too many times there was a last min notice that aide couldn't make it. I would find out when already at work up to 1/2 hour before starting time. Why am I paying for the service if I can't get it? I work FT and it was needed for my parent. Fidelity needs to do better! Management is poor and time keeping is antiquated. No back ups either. Do they care about clients? I doubt it. They just take your money. They were unprofessional! Other agencies use an app and it's accurate. If you need to rely on fidelity beware!

The first bad sign was when Quest pulled out of the building, then they started reducing and overworking the staff. Receptionist gone, managers gone. Even the coffee machine, gone. Don't get me started on the phone system. It is absolutely horrible! I feel sorry for the staffers, at this point. I truly hope that Holy Redeemer changes course and stops destroying this practice.

Big parking lot & I was usually able to get a spot right near the front doors. My Experience: I waited longer than I should have to start PT because I was basically a nervous wreck. I was just getting on my feet again after an ankle dislocation, broken fibula & damaged ligaments. I was so scared to try & walk again! Plus I never believed I would be able to start feeling "normal" on my feet. Michael Dillon was my therapist & I couldn't have asked for a better one. I learned more from him than I did from my orthopedic surgeon. Those who have dealt with an ortho probably know they fix you up inside & send you on your way.. the struggle to move forward is a hard & scary one! After starting with Mike I couldn't believe my progress!! I looked forward to my therapy every week knowing I would leave feeling so much improvement & feeling stronger. He was gentle - He gave me a "push" to do things but not pain. (I've heard horror stories!) He was SO informative - he explained things that I was feeling, what was normal, what to look out for, what would help me ,.. this really helped ease my mind & gave me the confidence I so desperately needed. He was also very professional & obviously knew exactly what he was doing. In talking with him I learned of his vast experience. As someone who was clueless & never experienced a real injury before, I also appreciated his kind demeanor & patience. I couldn't believe how quickly I found myself recovering! Had to hold back tears on more than one occasion. My sessions with Mike gave me the physical & mental strength I needed. Before I knew it & with less visits than I ever would have expected, he told me my ankle was as strong as it could be & I just had to keep using it. I walked out with hardly a limp & just keep going.. I will be forever grateful. Thank you, Mike & ATI!!
