At LaGrange the whole staff works on you, but in a unified way; this means they pool their knowledge, find different ways to explain recovery plans, and consult with each other on the best exercises. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and took the time to answer my questions. The facility is modern and sunny, with private examination rooms and plenty of up to date equipment. They use a whole range of techniques on me (stim, ultrasound, bands, machines, and manual therapy) which is exactly what I wanted because it made me feel like we were trying everything to rehab my injury. After six visits (the max my insurance approves) I had made significant progress.

Outstanding PT practice…read more Unfortunately I've had many orthopedic procedures done as a result of my occupation and sports. I've been to numerous PTs, to the point that I actually became quite skeptical about the efficacy of PT as a practice. Having recently had bilateral rotator cuff surgery, and after having walked out of another local PT appointment due to their lack of understanding of the issues, I decided on Peak. Dan Fishman, Bill, and Roland keep meticulous records; proof of an actual protocol was evident. I'd never experienced this before with any PT. Since working with them in early January, I have rehabilitated both shoulders to a point that the are functional. It's been grueling and time consuming, but the results are the proof. This outfit is extremely well run and by the book. If you want to actually heal rather than laying around with a muscle stent on to occupy your PT session, go here.

She has given me several exercises while at the center and a worksheet to follow so I can continue doing them at home. I feel confident in her abilities in helping. But beyond that, the place itself is very welcoming and friendly. I love to hear the laughter and banter that goes on between the staff with their clients and with each other. The seem to all genuinely like their jobs and each other! I will continue to use them until I no longer need their help.

I explained my both by text and on the messages that my husband has dementia and lower back pain and I am recuperating from a very recent (3 weeks) liver transplant. The surgery was not due to an emergency. The scheduling and pre-op clearance took a few weeks. NBD. During intake the staff at the desk was professional and compassionate. As far as I know, they took care of the insurance processing. RN Steve was reassuring and thorough, setting me up pre-op. Met Dr. Smith the anesthesiologist who verified who I was and where the surgery would be. Dr. Parajon Podiatrist did a Kidner procedure on my right foot. I was informed the day before, to be there at 06:15 hours. ATPO (time and place of occurrence) everyone went over the what was going to happened and a post-op plan and verified who I am. Dr.'s Smith and Parajon said the operation takes about 1/2 hour, I'll be under sedation approximately two hours. I remember seeing it was 08:30 on the wall clock and my foot bandaged. By about 10 am my ride arrived and via hospital wheelchair transport away we went. Overall it was easy peasy.

Both valet guys waited for me and helped me in the car. A really nice ending to a bad experience. Never looked back. I'd reconsider Dr. Coleman But that's what my very first impression was today
