They have their indoor cabins here and of course the outdoor common areas and hiking paths. You cannot imagine how happy I was when I arrived here, I mean the last outdoor camping experience I had was in Dayton and so I pretty much miss the outdoorsy experience. I was so kindly greeted when I arrived here for the Columbus Yoga Festival and given a guide for the day and what will happen around the common grounds. There were two food trucks here. The Little Eater and the Hai Poke. They had the camp tables set up for everyone to eat their lunches there. The space was more than enough to enjoy outdoor yoga. Just the experience of being outdoors and enjoying nature was so great for me. I love outdoorsy events. This particular one spoke to me as my inner yogi came out. They had enough room for vendors to set up their tables for aerial yoga, braids, juice stations, nail stations, etc. It was such a fun day and I wish I could relive it all over again!

My child was so discouraged she no longer wants to go. Maybe another class would be a better fit, but I think the overall atmosphere is not a good fit for us. We're looking to have fun while learning new skills, and it seems that others have Olympic ambitions and the serious attitude that comes with it. Perhaps this place is focused on their star programs and not everyday children who want to have fun while learning the basics.

Their contact with parents is not always pleasant, and on occasion, they have been rude and hostile. I found daily contact with either of them to be very unpleasant. Throwing sand at toddlers. Pouring sand on kids. Rough housing. Dragging another kid throughout the sand pit. (While wearing socks lol it's one of the rules) 1 hour before closing, She took a truck from a toddler that was playing with it on the side/boarder of the sandpit. She claimed it was a rule they enforce. If she were enforcing actual safety rules, it wouldn't have been so out of pocket. It very much seemed to be her just trying to do her closing tasks to leave. I agree that parents should be watching their kids, as it's one of the written rules. I also feel that staff should enforce the written rules and not just control the environment if it benefits them.

The lake is so pretty, the paths are well marked. This would be a go to spot during the fall color changes as the reflections off the lake would be pretty much what dreams are made of. Lots of space on walkway that goes all the way around the lake so you never feel crowded. Shows like 1.3miles but I'd guess closer to 2.0 miles but it's all pretty much flat and groomed. If you're ever in this area, plan a good walk with your significant other, put your phone in your pocket, hold their hands and just talk about how amazing your life is with them in it. And don't forget. Listen to what they have to say.

We reserved one of the full hookup sites online and stayed at the end of September 2025. The online…read morereservation site has all the details on lot size, electricity info, distance to showers, etc. However, it's limited in showing different dates, which is frustrating. Anyway, the check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 1pm. We paid fifty-three dollars per night for two adults and one dog, with a six fifty reservation charge. Check-in was easy, and the attendant was helpful; you just drive up to the office, check-in and go on your way. The layout is similar to a subdivision with cul-de-sacs and each spot having its own little yard, making it feel somewhat like camping in the woods. Our neighbors were quiet and most vehicles drove slowly. Everyone we met was pleasant and friendly. The camp itself was clean and easy to hook up. Bathrooms and showers were clean and there was plenty of toilet paper. Large trash bins were available along with gray water stations. The only thing I'd suggest is for the site identifiers to be repainted, as several had faded over time. We visited the beach, but didn't go swimming, given the temperature. The pond is catch and release and seemed maintained and not stagnant. The budget limitations need to be considered before passing judgment. We used bug spray every day and that seemed to help keep the bugs away. The site we booked had a level surface and plenty of room to back in. The water and electrical were easily accessible and worked fine. A lot of campers used an inline water filter. The water quality report is on the park website for anyone interested. The grass was well trodden, making a camp rug a must-have. There was also a fire pit with a grill attached, but we didn't use it to cook. Also, at the time, there wasn't a burn ban. Overall it was an enjoyable experience and we'll definitely return. It was fun to walk down the aisles and see all the setups and decorations and note future camp site options. How many campers are long-timers, it's hard to tell. But we were pleased and our dog loved exploring on our walks.

You'll see O'Shaughnessy Dam, pumping tons of water from the Scioto River into the faucets of the fine people of Dublin and Columbus and surrounding Ohio areas. This is a really neat park. It's not a park-park, but more of a place with picnic benches and a big grassy area, where you can relax and enjoy the outdoors while looking and listening to the water fall in the dam. The ambient sound of the water is relaxing -- it's just so big and loud and repetitive. I could hang out and listen to it and stare at the water for hours. However, I only got to stay and listen to the water for a minute or two, because I had children with me. Children don't appreciate standing in one place and listening to water. What kids do appreciate is exploring, and so we set off to check out what else Glick Park & Overlook had to offer. If you feel like walking a bit, there's a dirt path that goes down to the base of the dam, which will give you an up-close look at the falling water. When we visited, there were two people fishing, so I'm thinking that this might be a good place to fish. There was also a sign that warns visitors that if they hear a siren, then they should GTFO and seek higher ground. So, like, maybe don't visit when the river is high? Or maybe just keep an ear out for a siren, just in case. The walk down to the base of the dam and back up again isn't too steep, but it could have some people huffing and puffing, so keep that in mind. The path was smooth and should be OK for strollers and wheelchairs. Parking was plentiful when we visited. There were lots of spaces, and the parking lot is conveniently located right by the picnic area.

So I had no other choice .. I can say just speaking with Admin was comforting. You could tell that they care about the safety and wellbeing of every single child. The first day my children started I was still a little nervous but I was able to keep tabs on them through an app and that put me at ease. Once my girls came home and was so excited to go back the next I felt a great deal of relief. My girls are still attending and we still love it. The teachers have fun educational activities for the kids, everything is documented (bathroom breaks, if they ate etc.) I could honestly go on and on about this amazing place we won't be going anywhere else ever. I want to thank the owners and directors they are all amazing keeping things so organized and controlled. There are many classrooms and different age groups with THE BEST teachers. My kids love them to death and will go on and on about them. Nothing but positive things for this center I hope these teachers are as appreciated as they should be. The place was busier than I expected. Nice big dining/activity room. A small library. Several other rooms for meetings, etc. Very nice facility. Super friendly and helpful staff. They have bingo, lunches, lectures, etc. You can get rides for a small fee, in the township and nearby areas. I'm glad we found this, and it really helps Mom stay active.
