He applied the wash and immediately followed up with rinse to make sure no damage could occur to the property. Before he performed the cleaning, I believe that I was going to need to repaint the entire house. After the service was complete I can see clearly the existing surface and only about need to paint about 10@ where paint was actually wearing out and where staining from the sprinklers was severe.
