Among that I have a huge hole in my floor where a vent should be but is not due to the hole being cut too big and the vent falling threw when stepped on.

The next morning while my husband and I were at work they came and cut the lilac bushes down and left the limbs and everything laying on the ground. When I called to find out why they did that without permission they said they were going to clean it up and not charge us. After 5 weeks of getting the run around from this company we wound up hiring others to clean up and haul away the mess left by BCM.
