We hired Horvath to fix the facia on our home and caulk the windows. They sent a crew out who…read moredidn't speak English and did a very poor job. They replaced the crown molding in the facia with a piece of wood too large and thick to fit between the drip shield and the j channel. Instead of using a brake to bend and shape the aluminum, they bent it over a piece of wood. The caulking was terrible. No one ever came out to check on them. When they came out after several phone calls, they refused to fix it correctly. They wanted to cover up the problem and wouldn't address the caulking. They did reduce the amount we owed them, but we payed for work that was never properly completed.
