I had some other errands in the Mall and when I saw it exiting Nordstrom I thought I'd take a peek. As it happens I had some need for a few rings for a trip event that none of my older rings at home were appropriate. I thought Pandora was just charms. Apparently not! They do have rings. Right in the price range I was looking and some trendier things than I currently owned. There was one staff member present as it was shortly after opening and she was ever so nice. Luckily the size I wear was one that they keep in stock so she brought me out the tray. It was really worthwhile to have them selected like this and I bought 3 that would work for the trip as well as future uses. For me, these were a moderate price and and allowed me some variety. There were several others that were attractive and similarly priced but did not fit me or the occasion as well. I learned that if I was one size smaller the selection would have been even bigger. The store was brightly lit and sparsely furnished which suited me well as it makes selection easier for me. The staff member was helpful without being aggressive. I appreciated that and the price point being offered.

The sales staff are entirely too pushy. They refuse to let you browse. Sometimes they follow you around like we're friends. BACK OFF! Geez. I started leaving without buying anything then order online instead. I bought a $6000+ ring in October. In February I noticed that my "white gold" was no longer white and had turned gold. I knew that they would have to have my ring for at least 2 weeks to send off to be "redipped" so I just said "ill deal with it". Last week (May) I noticed that my diamond was starting to turn a little white too. Now when you look at my ring face on, the main diamond is white and the surrounding diamonds are all normal (like they're the only real diamonds...) I called this store and spoke with Michelle, I explained, I had my last ring from Kays for 13 years and only had to have it redipped 1 time and my diamond never changed colors. She didn't care to hear what I was saying and just kept telling me "if you wear it in the shower, while doing dishes, etc it'll rub off sooner". I responded, oh, so do exactly what I did with my last set from you guys?! and she just wanted to keep saying the same thing over and over to me. I told her I understood what she was saying and to please stop saying the same thing over and over, but it was as if she was trained "you are only allowed to say this!" like a robot, she had nothing else she could say to me. I asked if I was going to be compensated anything or loaned a new ring while they have my ring for at least 2 weeks and she said "we do not rent jewelry". Well, I wasn't going to pay for it, so it wouldn't have been renting it anyway. When I purchased this ring, I had to have it sent off to be sized. They had it for almost 3 weeks, because the first time they sent it out they were too incompetent to include the size it needed changed to, so they just cleaned the ring the first time. Then I had to call them 5 times to see if they had my ring, the 5th time I called and she said "we've had it here for 2 days!" oh...so you were just waiting on me to call you huh? This store is pathetic, they have lost my family as customers and this is where we have bought ALL of our jewelry in the past. I understand people make mistakes, but it seems like that is all this store does.
