I ordered custom prefabricated gable end accent trusses for my house build. I worked with Elissa…read moreduring the ordering process. I sent over my AutoCAD details and we placed the order price $2,469 and when my order was shipped 8 weeks later they came in a small box in hollow square tubing pieces. They were to be prefabricated. Not only did they come in pieces there where no instructions on how to put them together. If they were wood I could find a contractor to construct them, but they are foam that needs to be installed on the exterior of our home. You can just screw the webbing to another foam piece with out blocking. The wind will rip the truss apart. So I contacted my Elissa and Jeff Bloom the owner via email and voicemail right away with my concerns. Since my delivery I have left multiple messages. No body will call me or email me back. If you call their office # now, they no longer have a receptionist to answer their calls. Elissa's voicemail box is full. I have even left a message on there Facebook page. I'm beginning to think I was scammed by a company who is now out of business or how isn't legit. I have now contacted BBB, The Federal Consumer Bureau and Florida Secretary of State Business office. Even leaving this poor review in hopes somebody will call me back. In the attached photos are my CAD details, a photo of what the Gable End accents where suppose to look like and a photo of what was shipped.
