I reached out to some companies here on Yelp and Mario with EcoGreenGroup was one of the most responsive and was willing to meet and begin work as soon as possible. Mario is exceptionally friendly and listens to all of your concerns while also making suggestions based on his own experience. We had a few hiccups with delays from our mortgage company, but he was patient and reassured us that everything would work out fine. The scope of the work that we needed included: demo of walls, ceilings, and floors, reframing a wall, new drywall, new flooring, complete bathroom remodel, complete kitchen remodel - including cabinetry and building an island and a custom pantry - and we also decided to go ahead and update our electrical panel and wiring, along with new AC ducts, and added some structural supports and replaced some wood in the rafters that was chewed through with termites. Mario worked closely with us from start to finish, explaining in detail some of his suggestions and showing us a plan for what needed to be done for our house to be structurally safe. He was also able to find the tiling that we wanted for the floors and the bathroom, and we could choose whatever paint colors we wanted from Benjamin Moore. He was able to have someone from the company generate a 3D rendering that was like a walk-through and really gave us an opportunity to see what the finished job would look like. The guys who work for him are also super friendly and efficient, they work hard to ensure that the job is done right. We were living in the house while the reconstruction was underway and they did a great job keeping the dust to a minimum and cleaning up each day so that we wouldn't have to walk through a mess. They happily installed the fixtures we wanted and Mario was very quick to return to address any concerns we had. Mario went above and beyond and even offered to install our old cabinets in our garage just for the cost of the installation materials. From day one he offered us a very competitive price and also helped minimize additional costs from the updated electrical and HVAC work. He is truly customer-service oriented and wants to ensure that we are happy with the work. If we ever have another project, we know who to call!

During the initial consultation, I was chatting with the assistant and he confirmed that not only could they reface my kitchen cabinets... they would love to help me replace my antiquated carpet for updated vinyl flooring. The quote for cabinets AND new floors was basically the same amount that the national cabinet chain had quoted me for just the kitchen?? They were very accommodating with creating invoices that my HOA would greenlight, and met the requirements for soundproofing my second floor unit. The technicians kept updated on all processes from consultant to appointment. The owner met with me the day before to aussage my concerns about what I needed to move or not move , to accommodate the process . I didn't want to create any unnecessary movements or furniture displacement for my technician!! They checked in with me via text throughout each day and sent video at the end of each session to communicate on the progress! They finished my 2BR condo in less than 3 days! It started out with Brian calling me on February 18th at 9 am making an appointment to come see the job and give me an onsite estimate. I took the rest of the day off and waited for them, but they never came. At the very end of the day Brian texted me to say that he couldn't get there. This cost me half a days loss of income. At around 5:30 pm same day he texted again, saying he would do the job for $500 without seeing the job personally, because he had enough information from the initial pictures I provided. However ,the next day he asked me to compose a video with detailed spoken instruction of what I wanted done. More time wasted and extremely aggravating because I then had to edit the video for over an hour just to be able to send it via text message because apparently the video was too long to be able to send. After all this he retracted his $500 estimate He instructed me to go ahead and do it with someone else. It should be noted that Brian was polite and well spoken but regrettably this interaction wasted my time and fell far short of my expectations. My belief is that it had more to do with the owner Augustin, who was disengaged in this communication and seemed to change his mind several times. Very unfortunate and Not the way to get my business. Multiple conversations took place where there was a supposed understanding on what the work would entail. Appointments were postponed. When their sloppy incomplete mess of a floor repair was addressed they disappeared. Not returning calls or text messages. It took 4 months to get their attention since the transaction was complete. Greg was busy picking up his daughter, or at some doctor or a dentist appointment. "I'll call you back" he would say. Simply stated, $2.99 per square foot of vinyl flooring does not cost even remotely close to what they overcharged for the actual work they did, and threatened us with ulterior motives and consequences if we tried to get our money back.
