The person at the desk immediately saw the tile, and knew the manufacturer based on the pattern of the back of this old tile (no discerning text was on it). Through luck, they actually had our tile in backstock, and were able to supply us with some pieces. The demonstration of expert knowledge to identify the manufacturer and locate where they had some stored, right as we walked in, was astounding. Yes, there was luck that they had the tile, but the point to exemplify here is that the staff has the expertise to recognizes decades of tile styles. This place is awesome.
