I pointed out to Carlos that this was dirt and that I know it will come up and to make sure he gets this area clean. The dirt areas showed up the next day. I had specifically told Carlos that I wanted to make sure this didn't happen. I ended up using Dawn diluted with water and cleaned it myself! I paid for service that was not Quality. Before he came, I called the company to make sure they would be here at 10 o'clock, which was the time Carlos set up with me on the phone, Carlos said , that he would never say 10 o'clock. He would say 10 to 12. I had a at 11:30. I would not have set up an appointment between 10 and 12 for carpet cleaning. Ironically I have a text message from Quality counts saying my appointment was at 10 o'clock. I had explained all of this to prior but it did not matter. He agreed, to come after 12:30. I called their office around three to see if they were still coming. He said, he was still coming but he would call 30 minutes prior. He didn't call prior, but he did come. I hope they will use this information to improve their cleaning service And to be more understanding to their customers.

God bless them that they are that busy, but I've spoken personally to the owner because of my rave review because of their loyalty to good customers . Update: I spoke too soon. The carpet has dried and has big splotches of dirt that weren't there before! I am just sick about it, it looks ruined in several rooms. They said they would come tomorrow and fix. I hope they are able to get the carpet just back to where it was before they did this. I will up date on how it goes. Update: They came out and rinsed it right away. I think all looks good. Will give update again when it is dry tomorrow. I was impressed with they way they handled this. Update: They came out right away and rinsed the carpets. But since that has dried, the next day, unfortunately there are still big spots that were not there before they came out the first time. I hope to hear from them soon and see what we can do. Final update: They came out 3 times to make it right! It isn't perfect but much, much better. I really appreciate how they handled this, another company might have acted differently. We got it down to four bad places and they worked very hard to get them clean, used fans to dry as quickly as possible. I'm satisfied that all was done to make this right. Carpet looks pretty good.
