Mandy is pretty rude over the phone and even in person. so if you like being hung up over the phone or talked to as if you're a child, you don't have many options in Mason, so unfortunately for us, we went with them. If you're trying to pay and pick up after hours but you work until after 5, you're out of luck. No exceptions. They claim their hours are 8:30-5 Monday through Friday, yet seem to pick and choose their hours of business (rightfully so since it is their business)- but don't ask questions because they don't like it. They will "do more" without anyone being told and then hold it against you because it was "thrown in". It's the first time and the last time we will ever take any vehicle there. 2 stars just because they did fix the vehicle pretty quick. Honestly, I would have left a 5 star review if it wasn't for the way we were treated. Mandy slammed their office door after being condescending, dismissive and then threatening with video footage of behavior if any. But when this video footage is seen- we would be able to see how Mandy did in fact slam the door after saying she didn't. I've worked with the public for 20 years- I know customer service and teach other businesses how to not be like Mandy. Thanks for the reference and example for future classes! Aside from the attitude, gas lighting and narcissism, thanks for fixing the truck!
