Mandy is pretty rude over the phone and even in person. so if you like being hung up over the phone or talked to as if you're a child, you don't have many options in Mason, so unfortunately for us, we went with them. If you're trying to pay and pick up after hours but you work until after 5, you're out of luck. No exceptions. They claim their hours are 8:30-5 Monday through Friday, yet seem to pick and choose their hours of business (rightfully so since it is their business)- but don't ask questions because they don't like it. They will "do more" without anyone being told and then hold it against you because it was "thrown in". It's the first time and the last time we will ever take any vehicle there. 2 stars just because they did fix the vehicle pretty quick. Honestly, I would have left a 5 star review if it wasn't for the way we were treated. Mandy slammed their office door after being condescending, dismissive and then threatening with video footage of behavior if any. But when this video footage is seen- we would be able to see how Mandy did in fact slam the door after saying she didn't. I've worked with the public for 20 years- I know customer service and teach other businesses how to not be like Mandy. Thanks for the reference and example for future classes! We hotshot all through the United States and happened to have our 10 year old with us on one last trip before going back to school. My husband called Back on your feet to see if they had a recommendation what to do. As this is a small town and not a lot of space to just be pulled over on the side of the road. The owner answered the phone at 9pm. He told us his shop wasn't far so if the trailer was still drivable we could bring it to his lot and unhook so we could go get a room with our daughter. That was a huge help. Not to often you meet someone who will go back to his lot after already being home for the evening to let us put our trailer there. The next morning he had a tire contact who was able to come help us get the tires off the trailer and the axle chained up so we could limp it back to the dealership where everything was covered under warranty. We really appreciate his help. Without it we would of been stuck on the side of the road till the next day. So from the bottom of our heart. Thank you.
