Another week passes and no call to update on my bow status. I call the store and the same employee from the prior week answers the phone. I'm given the exact same story about how the bowstring wasn't delivered yet but should ship out that Friday and the bow done the following week. I pulled up the bowstring on Amazon and a few different sites and I saw I could buy the bowstring to be delivered within a few days. When I pointed this out to the employee he got snippy with me and said maybe I should have brought it in when they weren't in their busy season. My opinion is if you want timely and good customer service, then this is not the place for you.

He walked us through the pricing, which was very reasonable, and all of our rental options with ease. He and his staff were super friendly and punctual with both the drop off and return and the pontoon we rented exceeded our expectations. They have cute clothes for women and it's affordable. So guys, don't worry about your wife as this store...well maybe you should worry because they come back time and again! They have a little guys stuff, some jeans and shirts but it's mostly geared towards women. Heck, most stores are geared towards women. They could use a few more men's items, such as accessories (belts, cufflinks etc.). Although they don't have a ton of men's stuff, they have more than any other store (besides the sporting goods store) in Nisswa. I will go back to check out the new stuff every time I'm in Nisswa.
