She went outside, leaving me alone in the store. She brought in a bag of ice so she could scan it. When I got home I discovered she gave me the wrong cigarettes. I went back the next day to exchange them for the right ones.The clerk didn't know what to do. The manager was there training someone else. She very rudely said to me, "We don't exchange cigarettes, besides we don't carry 100"s." I have been purchasing 100's there for years!!! I have never been treated so rudely anywhere.
