He showed up on time and expertly loaded the 4 Runner without damaging it despite having to have his truck half way in the lane of Summer Ave. (busy). After getting it onto his truck he moved to a safer place about 60 feet away and secured the load. We both drove to my home (about 12 miles) and he unloaded the Toyota exactly where I wanted it. The cost was exactly what he quoted earlier, no extra charge for the headache of loading with traffic. Patrick was very professional, clearly knew how to do the job, was prompt, moved quickly, and was nice. I can't imagine a better answer to my problem. Highly recommended.

My gut told me to go to Gateway Tire on Hacks Cross Road in Olive Branch to get a second opinion. I'm glad I did. They removed the lug nut in 10 minutes and for only $20.
