Plumbers I had previously used didn't return calls and friends couldn't provide trusted referrals, so I googled. Good fortune was on my side. Chose to call DAZ and following a few calls back and forth, plus pictures texted by me of the water heater, my problem was diagnosed and solved. Dead batteries in a sensor on the water heater had shut down the flow of water. Followed simple instructions provided on the phone and another thrill on the roller coaster ride of home ownership was met. Just as impressive was their refusal of my request for invoice for their service. Want to guess who I'll be calling the next time I need a plumber?
