I am not a costumer of this company , they mows the yard across from me, one day they tried to turn…read moretheir truck and trailer in my (steep) driveway. They hit 3x and then pulled back out in one swoop... dragging the trailer back out. The workers never acknowledge or reported the damage they blatantly caused. It was however all on my security camera. I called office, sent video was told no worries. the owner sends someone out (without ever speaking to me) and fixes a chunk that was actually taken out of my blacktop. I send text and pics of the scrape down my drive stating I'm not happy with the repair. office just keeps "forwarding" everything to Roger the owner. Here we are 6 weeks later, I call again wanting to speak to owner. He returns call, FINALLY coming to meet me and look at the damage.... we had just drive resealed in Nov. of 2025. He Brings some a$$hole with him who immediately want to say "no I didn't ".... I literally ask him "did you just call me a f@cking liar?" Tried turning my conversation back to owner but it all ends up going south B/C this jerk again wants to jump in insinuating I'm a liar....and Roger Morgan says nothing ....he is a meek, mindless SOB, Somehow my property is damaged and there's video, but he wants to argue how far up he's going to reseal. Then when I get aggravated wants to throw his hands up and say he's not fixing anything, "sue him" That piece of shit never intended on making it right, treating me like I was some kinda scammer its probably not more than a $50-100 fix. But I guess he didn't mind me putting our business out there... so here it is more than 6 weeks after giving him a a chance, here's my opinion.
