The team work well, were very considerate and were protective of our property as well and our neighbors. They started when the said they were going to and left when they were scheduled to leave. They kept us informed of their activities that might in anyway raise concerns. All of which proved to be non-issues. They cleaned up the yard multiple times during the work day and left it in wonderful shape each evening. All-in-all, a very good job, exactly the outcome I was expecting, and a very pleasant experience. The cost of the work was reasonable and I believe far less than the value added to the property. We were set for a time that kept changing, they were given a clear photo of the items that needed to be moved, and were informed there were stairs. They confirmed you could do the job, so we booked. However, after they failed to keep an open line of communication the day of the move, we began moving many large items because we grew concerned they'd change the time again or cancel on us, and we had a deadline to be out of that rental. After all, the crew arrived over 6 + hours later than promised. This resulted in them moving almost half the amount of items originally quoted. Despite a reduced amount of items, the crew was incredibly unprofessional by complaining about the weight of the furniture and stairs. You are a moving company. This is the nature of the job. Not to mention, they eyeballed our headboard and said it couldn't fit, so we moved it down the stairs ourselves with no issue. Additionally, we were assured that the furniture would be wrapped. Despite stacks of moving blankets visible on the truck, your crew decided to shortcut the job by only wrapping our furniture in plastic wrap. This resulted in a chip in our dresser because the corners were not protected. While I appreciate you finding a local furniture repairman, this search was done while on the clock, causing more delays in our move. If the furniture had been wrapped like we were promised we wouldn't have been in this situation. They took over 2 weeks and then called many times on a Sunday and then on Monday morning when we're both working because they "wanted to collect the remaining amount" even though they never once checked if we were happy with the results of the dresser. I would not recommend moving with them. For a moving company, all they did was complain.

No estimate was provided before the work began. I understand Saturday emergency service costs more, but $300/hour is OUTRAGEOUS , especially when additional fees are being piled on top. Totaling:$1,500.00 He's not even union!!! When we questioned the charges, we were told he was not required to provide a breakdown of the material costs.
