For these reasons, I have submitted a formal complaint to the Illinois Department of Human Rights (IDHR) so these practices can be investigated. If you are considering employment here, please be aware of the evident favoritism, retaliation, and absence of respect for those outside their inner circle. Significant changes are needed.

Next to those promotions were more signs with explanations as to why the bridges were out along with pictures of the damage the flood caused. Blackhawk has been very open about the situation, process, & special reduced rates. All you had to do is read one of the 5 signs posted or ask the person behind the counter and surely they would've accommodated. The total extra amount of walking on the relatively flat & short 2857 yard course was around 700 yards. Which is roughly around the same distance of walking the front or back nine at Riverside, Glen Erin, or the Country Club. Now with the bridge on Hole #6 complete the total amount of extra walking is around 300 yards. Blackhawk is doing their best with the hand they were dealt this season & have been accommodating to the best of their abilities.
