Someone…read moreat the store even told me a product hadn't come out yet that was supposed to release on my birthday I saw it at other stores, and it had released on time. I was told by the staff repeatedly it was pushed back for release. When I brought it up for the 6th time, they finally decided to get the product ordered that I had paid for in advance. RECENTLY. I went back to this store thinking it couldn't have been worse than that. I bought some Dragon Shield sleeves that were manufactured to be a few mm too small for standard cards. When I went to address the issue with the store they told me to take care of it online with the manufacturer rather than swapping the product. I was told "If nothing is damaged on the box we don't handle it." Now I'm emailing the manufacturer as I was told... and finding out the manufacturer does not replace product, but offers reimbursements ONLY IF THE STORE IN QUESTION IS UNWILLING TO HELP. In other words your store should have handled the issue and refused to by admission of the manufacturers own policy. Your employee either lied, or just was unwilling to help. Thanks for taking my $20 for sleeves no refunds. Assholes.

We came here to look for single Pokémon cards, and holy cow, were we impressed! The best deals for Pokémon are their mystery tins, which have 50 cards, and include 10 rare and/or holo cards for $9.99. They also have a huge glass case for GX and EX cards if there's something you're looking for. Really incredible to me, though, is the fact that they have a website, kryptonitekollectibles.net, where you can order single cards, and they'll ship! Love that! This place mainly specializes in Magic the Gathering, but they have a ton of board games, cards, dice, and sports memorabilia. I could spend hours here just looking around! We stopped in yesterday to get a Needoh which much to our surprise she actually had in stock. She was extremely nice and friendly yesterday talking about how quickly the Needohs are selling. She proceeded to tell my 11 year old daughter that she's getting a new shipment in tomorrow of Needohs and got my daughter super excited for the shipment. My husband even asked our daughter if she wanted to wait for tomorrow to purchase one in front of the owner. We ended up getting one of the Needohs in stock that night but for the rest of the night and in to the next day our daughter begged and begged to go back to check out the new shipment. We finally gave in and walked to Classy Rascals. When we arrived tonight we went up to the owner all excitedly to ask about them. She rudely stated "yes, they are here but they won't be available until tomorrow". She stated she was way too busy for us to even preview them today. I'm like well you told us about the shipment yesterday so we walked here and are excited about it. She simply stated in a condescending tone "I just told you they would be here today". She did at least advise I put in an online order immediately in the morning so they wouldn't be all sold out. Telling me the shipment was coming today seems as if they would be able to purchase especially when there was no mention of having to wait when she heard us talk to our daughter about waiting. Even without selling them, she could've at least handled our conversation nicely. I feel misled as does my poor daughter. Just shocked a small business owner who like handle the situation as so. But maybe this is her idea of doing business...

We were very confused and asked what we did, we supposedly threw a ball and were just standing in the next isle. we told him we didnt throw it, but he said it had to be us. The wagon was returned, repaired and sent back...again damaged in shipping due to poor product design and poor packaging. The hardware is very sturdy, it is the wood that is of low quality and the design of the joints...very weak. It is now late January and there has been no response from Wisconsin Wagon since January 8. Wisconsin Wagon has been slow to respond, reluctant to take responsibility. If you are looking for a premium, heirloom quality piece look elsewhere.

let's be honest, fair reviews of Wal-Mart are going to be rare. there are so many irrational haters…read moreout there, you just know that if for some reason Wal-Mart were to hand them a million dollars, they'd complain that some of the bills were a bit crumpled. also, people make unfair comparisons, like saying that Woodman's has a much better selection. of course they do, Woodman's is a huge dedicated grocery store. Wal-Mart is not, they are a retail store with a grocery section. using that same logic, you must then complain that Woodman's has a terrible selection of sporting goods, clothing, electronics and automotive products. here's the negative, the reason the one star is missing: they quite often have empty spaces on shelves. it's not as bad as some will make it out to be. on my bi-weekly grocery trip, there will probably be 2 or three things that I will not be able to get because they have not restocked the item. it's frustrating, but this problem is not unique to Wal-Mart. one small example: I need a new cat litter scooper, Wal-Mart is sold out. went to target today to get one, their cheapest one is twice the price of Wal-Mart and, yep, also sold out. here's the good: as a retail store, their grocery section is huge. target and menard's have copied them, but there really is no comparison. if you need to have 200 kinds of ice cream and 400 kinds of coffee to choose from, Wal-Mart is not your place. for me, they have everything I need to complete my grocery shopping. prices are also competitive with everyone around. some items at other places are cheaper, some are more expensive. but, if there is a printed sale ad from someplace else, Wal-Mart will match the price. quite often though, I see other store that have sale prices that bring it down to wal-marts regular price. in target today, saw they had 12 packs of pepsi products on sale, 3 for $12. regular price is $5.09 each! wal-marts regular price is $3.99 each. thanks for the big sale, target! also, compare their selection of products to other stores. Wal-Mart has a really decent automotive section, offering many different types of oil, filters, air filters, bulbs, spark plugs, wiper blades etc. I think the automotive section at target consists of a few travel mugs. Wal-Mart also has a big selection of camping and fishing gear, along with archery equipment, firearm ammunition, and they recently started selling firearms as well. what do you find in the sporting goods aisle at target? a couple of sleeping bags, that's about it. another feature of Wal-Mart that sets them above the competition: the other services they offer. in this particular store there is a Subway restaurant, some place to get your nails done, a vision center, a pharmacy and a tire and lube express, where you can buy tires, get them rotated and repaired, get your oil changed, have car batteries installed and if you change your own oil like I do, you can take your old oil and filters here to be recycled. basically, love them or hate them, no other retail store around offers as many products and services as Wal-Mart.
