The communication of what I expected and what I paid for did not meet the outcome of service recd. Topping and pruning are two different things. Make sure you mark, spray paint whatever you have to do to clarify communications. My mistake in thinking they could do the job I asked them to do. Very disappointed, I still have trees taller than the house, I rec'd all pruned trees which will only get taller and cause more damage. It's why I needed them shorter in the first place after one fell on my car. The one star is for the cleanup they did do right and the one tree they actually removed. 4700 job that was not worth the outcome of what should have been done right of what I asked for.

I found James through a Google search, and he came by a couple days later to look at our 2 trees and give us a quote. His son Nick and teammate Oscar came out yesterday and today, taking down both of our dead, hollow trees. There were a few things I noticed about them that I really appreciated, and I consider rare today. 1. NICK & OSCAR WORKED REALLY WELL TOGETHER. I mean REALLY well. Oscar was a constant help to Nick as he climbed the trees and cut them down. When Nick needed something, Oscar was right there bringing it to him. They acted more like brothers than co-workers. 2. THEY ARE RESPECTFUL. No loud music, no vulgar language. No smoking. Just 2 hardworking guys doing their jobs so they can go home to their families at the end of the day. 3. THEY CLEAN UP WELL! They both took time afterward to clean up their whole mess: street, yard, driveway, and all.
