That's 2 lies. When I called and asked for a supervisor I was on hold for 11 minutes and never got a supervisor! I do not want a refund and at this point, I do not want the coupons. I have to preface my review with a little information about my household. My mom had found last year Sigmund Douglas, "Doug" as he's referred to in our house, and he was an instant hit. So, when I found that there was more than one type of moose by the same company, I jumped on it. I ordered Boomer. Unfortunately, the Boomer we got is quite addicted to YooHoos, but we are working on that. hahaha. But all jokes aside, he is quite possibly one of the cutest stuffed animals I've ever seen. So far we have collected at least 5 or 6 different types of animals and each animal, we order 2 in case something happens to the first one we have a backup. All of them have come in great condition with great craftsmanship. They are not those stuffed animals that look like they are going to fall apart in 6 months. In fact, my son takes his all over the house, to and from grandma/grandpa's house, and he sleeps with them every night. They are still in great condition. I highly recommend this brand if you are in need of a stuffed animal.
