I finally reached out to Cota & Cota, seeing that they offered plumbing services. They said they typically only provided those services to gas customers (we were buying from Bob's), but I told them we were desperate, so they agreed to help. They showed up within 24 hours every time I called (which was at least five times over one summer) to get patch work done. Eventually, we decided on doing a full pipe replacement. They completed that work in 48 hours, and they did so despite a low electrical current running through the pipes thanks to dome DIY wiring the previous owners did and decided not to tell us about. We still need a new filtration system to reduce the acidity of our well water, but we now have functional pipes (mostly plastic). As far as I'm concerned, this company saved our home, and we are forever grateful.

He was supposed to come on Monday, but after I called to follow up, I was told he was camping and would come later that week. As of today, I still have not heard from him, and I have been unable to reach him. I understand that schedules can change, but two months of trying to get a confirmed repair date for an issue that was acknowledged by the installer is disappointing. I would have appreciated honest communication and timely follow-through. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company due to the lack of accountability and customer service after the installation.

I LOVE Syd's! I bought a TempurPedic from them and it has been the best bed EVER. The staff were incredible. They listened to my struggle with having difficulty staying asleep and my husband's back problems, and helped us choose a mattress that is ideal for us. I love my TempurPedic! What I also love about going in there is they feature art from local artists, and it is displayed so you can actually see how it would look in your home. They were friendly and treat their customers just like you would want to be treated in a store. I have never had issues with my purchase. I have been putting my wish list together and plan to buy more from them as time and budget allows. They also have a "Scratch and Dent" room if you're looking for some bargains. I'm not sure it gets any better than Syd's! When my then girlfriend and I moved in together we were in the market for a new bed. We shopped around a little and ended up at Syd's. The pricing was competitive and what we really liked was the knowledgeable staff. There were no pushy sales people and they knew all the answers to our questions. We went with the Tempurpedic and really couldn't be happier. We also purchased an Ashley couch and matching chair at the Syd's New Years Day sale. Our experience with Syd's in Keene was absolutely first class on several occasions. The staff has always been extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They give you space to check things out - not high pressure like the other places we've gone to in the past. They took the time to find out what we wanted - not what they wanted to sell us. We took advantage of a no interest loan which was available at the time to be able to purchase what we wanted when we wanted it.
