I received calls from all sorts of companies, but this one stood out because Seth took the time to ask detailed questions about what I wanted done and some of the things going on with the current system. He was friendly and professional the entire time. I got several quotes to replace my openers, did my comparisons for price and products, and Access Garage Doors was willing to work with me to match another national chains price but provide a longer warranty for the work done. I got a confirmation text for my appointment. I got a call/text notifying me of who would be coming, WITH a picture of my technician, when he was on his way. I am so glad I chose these guys. Seth has been my go-to technician from the beginning--no dispatch calls and misunderstandings between the tech and dispatch. He is the one I got on the phone, and he was the one who did the work. He was very thorough in showing me what I needed to know with the new system. And the price was right on!
