We recently hired them to create a level pad with retaining walls in our back yard for a playground/swing set for our daughter. They were so easy to work with and were meticulous! They put the level on every single stone and spent the extra time pounding and putting in supporting cement. There are rocks along the wall for draining, and then fabric and playground chips. It looks fantastic and most of all we are confident it is safe for our daughter and her friends. It's so easy to work with Chad and his family. There was never any discussion about it being a recurring service that we were agreeing to keep up with. Imagine my surprise when I got a bill on my door a few months later for a service I never scheduled. OK, easy misunderstanding. I figured I'd just call and get it straightened out. I had completely expected to pay for the service (I was even going to inquire about getting additional services). However, when I called and asked him about getting the bill without scheduling service, he flipped out. He kept saying that he couldn't call every customer to see if they wanted service. Maybe, but he could definitely tell every customer at the beginning whether it was or wasn't a recurring service. At any rate, the conversation ended with him yelling, "If you don't like it, go to hell!" If he hadn't hung up on me he would have heard me say "I fully plan to pay this bill, I just want to be clear about the terms." ... if he hadn't hung up on me. I do not recommend Coastal Care. Extremely unprofessional.
