By 6 p.m. he still hadn't shown up so I called him and he said he'd forgotten and that he'd call me back to let me know if/when he could come out. Still hadn't heard from him by 8:30 p.m. so I called again and left him a voicemail telling him never mind. I let him know I'd be leaving a yelp review. Night 2 and I still don't have a working toilet in my bathroom.
