After 4 treatments they eradicated 60 percent of my centipede. I called the owner to get my grass back to normal. His plan was to treat it with some treatments and it would fill in within a few months. Impossible since centipede on grows 6 to 12 inches in a growing season. There are 2 bare dirt areas 25 feet long by 3 to 4 feet wide. Twice he turned me down to fill in with seed, sod pods or a lot of sod. The yard looks terrible. Don't ever deal with this company. They destroyed my yard in two week and they want me to wait at least to the end of next year.

The company was told that we had two different grades of grass (fescue under our trees and Bermuda in sunny areas). I am floored every time I look at our lawn. We paid about 3k to place fescue under our trees to keep from cutting them and was very proud of the results. I am utterly displeased/pissed. What makes matters worse was I was told that we would have to wait until the fall to have the grass recovered. I can't believe this kind of issue has occurred from lawn experts. They should be refunding us for the cost to replace our sod. This is unfortunate because we really take pride in the curve appeal of our home and trusted these people to continue with improving it. When we bought our home, the builder included a one-year termite warranty with Northwest Exterminating, which we extended and added pest control to. Customer service has been excellent. Our service associate is professional, reliable, and very thorough. I also appreciate that they use pet and family friendly treatments since we have a dog. That said... I'm not convinced the pest control is working. In my previous home which I battled with spiders. Once I hired a pest control company, they didn't completely disappear but when I saw them they were not alive. With Northwest, even after treatments, I'm still seeing more activity than expected. I keep bug spray in multiple rooms, which shouldn't feel necessary. The only thing that seems consistently effective are the sticky traps, they definitely catch bugs. I understand some environments have more pests than others, but I'd expect to at least see some results after treatment. Right now, it's hard to tell if the service isn't as effective or if these Middle Georgia spiders are just built different. We're sticking with them for now and hoping next season brings fewer uninvited guests.

The previous company, Baco, did a fine job for several years, but was bought out by the Florida company Massey. Florida forced a ridiculous tech scheduling system and bad billing system onto the local office. Examples of problems: 1. Techs show up without prior notice. They attempt a call a few minutes befor the arrive, and when we tell them we are not home, bill for the service as if it were done. 2. Florida office tries to force payment on services never rendered. 3. In December I received a threatening call for payment for a service performed recently. I was not at home and got the bill the next day in the mail. Obviously their collection people start hounding customers before the billing department mails the bill!
