When I called the driver phone number on the confirmation he stated that he was not the driver and told me to call office. I called office and was told a driver change was made at the last moment. The Lexus had damage on the rear bumper and exhaust pipe was hanging out. We had two bags and a two personal items which did not fit in the smaller trunk of the Lexus. Driver was not very friendly and was speeding. At one point I turned on Waze to track speed and we were doing 75 in a 50. I called the office again and was told the owner would call me and discuss. It's now been 12 days and no call or text. I recommend not using this business as the experience described on the website is not at all what is delivered. Just use Lyft or Uber for personal transportation as the experience delivered by A&D Transportation is actually worse or on par and costs more.

I rented a party bus for my daughter's senior prom on Sat Jan 27, and was embarrassed with the quality of the bus and service provided by this company. (The driver left our party stranded for 30 min and the bus looked like a remodeled city bus and the remodel was cheaply done.). Here is the sequence of events - I arrived early (2:00 pm) to meet the bus driver and drop off sodas for the bus ride and I immediately regretted not going with our local limo vendor. As I boarded the bus, the fake floor boards on the steps into the bus shifted and the bus smelled wet and muggy. I looked around and noticed a large puddle of water in the back of the buss floor. The driver asked me if I had anything to clean it up with so I grabbed a paper towel roll from my car so the girls dresses would not get wet. He said the water had likely leaked in from a "loose panel". I guess there is no walk through done by drivers to ensure the vehicles are clean and ready. At any rate they drove off and reached their dinner destination at 4:30 pm. The driver called me to ask what time he should be back to pick them up. I should have told him to stay ( I paid for. 2:30-8:30 pm ) but I thought he would be 10 min away so I said 6ish. I called him at 5:15 and told him that they were running ahead of schedule at the the dinner and asked him to return. He didn't arrive until 6:15 so the kids waited over 30 minutes for him to arrive. Who does this and thinks it's ok to drive away and not be within a short return distance? At any rate, after finally arriving and getting on the road for about 30 minutes the kids asked for a quick stop. The driver decides to get fuel after the kids are already done and ready to go. They waited another 15 minutes and watched the idiot try to use the wrong gas nozzle to pump gas after which one of the boys on the bus told him he needed to use the diesel nozzle. They finally left and arrived at the dance 20 min late. What the heck did he do while they were eating???? I called their dispatch office and asked for a "manager" that evening but was told I would get a call back Monday. No one called me so i called them and was able to talked to their manager (Last name Tarek I think). I shared the experience and told him I did not get the party bus service I paid for and was promised. He made excuses and told me to tell the parents that our kids really only waited for 15 minutes because I told him 6 . I told him that his response was unacceptable and he said he would consider how to respond and a week later still no call. So after week of waiting, I've decided to let others read my story and avoid anyone else getting fooled and be saved the embarrassment I felt as other parents heard the fiasco from their kids. Mind you this is all after I personally went to their business office to discuss the rental and expectations around safety and quality. In summary, no quality or excess with this company. Spend a little more and go with a reputable company. This driver has no business driving other people.

There were several TV's and a premium sound system. The driver was very courteous and timely. I recommend them to all of my friends and family. I will be using them in a few weeks for an airport transfer for my vacation. Most of all their prices are very fair in a market with numerous limo companies.

Our scheduled pickup time was 9pm and our group began to get antsy around 8:45pm because the bus hadn't arrived or called yet. So, I called the office to get the drivers location and they contacted the driver to confirm his location. After I hung up with office the driver called and again confirmed he was just a few minutes away and did in fact arrive before our pick up time. We'd gotten pictures of the 24 passenger bus before we booked and the bus that arrived was the exact bus in the photos. It was clean and stocked with everything they'd said and the sound system was booming. Crystal clear! Our driver was great too. He communicated with the point person throughout the entire night. When we were calling around to get prices etc. Blue Star was a little higher than majority of the other companies. But when dealing with these types of arrangements I'd much rather pay to have peace of mind than to save a few bucks and have a poor experience. Blue Star was phenomenal and I highly recommend them.
