The communication was excellent, he ran into traffic (there was a accident on the highway) and immediately called me to let me know he would be running behind schedule and even gave me a discount for not arriving in the scheduled time. When he arrived he was very pleasant and had me fixed up and back on the road within 15 minutes. Amazing service and communication. Will definitely use again!

Called the phone number and guy said I'm out of town won't be back until 2:30-3 or go online and try that way. Went online to do online pickup to get keys out of the lock box, and they never set us up for the 24/7 u-haul pickup option so I had to call u-haul directly to try and get help from them. Pickup time was for 1:30pm I didn't end up getting the keys from the lock box until 2:15pm. No care in the world for customers and too lazy to even put a simple furniture dolly on the truck. They were very friendly, knowledgeable about the area, and was able to give me a Up Front Price, I was more than happy with. She was willing to work with me by helping me make decisions on whether to tow it 2 hrs back home, or save some money on the tow, and just have somebody in the Local Raleigh area take a look at the truck for me. And even though I did notice on their website, they also work on commercial vehicles, I truly appreciate the fact of her offering the option of having one of their service techs take a look at it for us, and at the same time remaining true to her professional abilities and never trying to push their repair services on me. She was also very helpful in making may payment options easy. Rep called me and asked what time worked for me so we agreed upon 1 pm. I got to the shop by 12:40 to get everything in order and said that they have multiple accidents to tow before me so it would be an hour or two. Called again at 3 pm, said that I am next in line and it should be about 30-60 minutes for the driver to be on his way. Called again at 4 said that it would another 30-45 minutes because they have been busy with accidents. Am here now at 5:20 and they said that the tower hasn't left yet.. their office is 2.6 miles away... the company I am selling my car to had to talk to them to get the driver to come.. still not here yet
