I called them up today asking if they offered a certain service and the answer I got was barely intelligible. What I heard was something or the other, and I asked if the person could repeat what they said. "We do it all." "So installing RAM--" "We do it all." Said something else. "Could you say that one more time? I couldn't understand--" I was hung up on. Don't give them your business, that people-facing staff member didn't seem to give a flying f about prospective customers. I called up Dothan PC afterwards, still incredulous at being hung up on, and received a call back within 10mins. I shakily explained what I needed, had some questions back and forth, and then they told me to stop by the shop and drop off the computer to assess it later this week. Was that so hard, PC Tech? Learn from your competitors!

I thought I would probably have to wait another day for them to come out since the temperatures were so high and they had calls from a lot of people, but a guy came shortly after lunch the same day I called. He fixed it within 30 minutes. That's the 3rd time I have used them. Once a few years ago for my A/C. Same GREAT service then also, and once for my refrigerature. All three times they were prompt, professional, and very knowledgeable. As long as they are in business I will never use anyone else. I have a story about an untruth someone told me from another A/C repair place but I'll leave that alone for now.

The delivery guy was very knowledgeable, honest and wel mannered and genuinely cared about giving us good service, making sure it was perfect and teaching us how it should be moved in the future to not damage anything. He was the young guy with red hair in case the managers read this, he deserves recognition! His partner however could benefit from not being so attached to his phone during work, that's basically all he did while delivering.
