Brad, and EAHI, get top marks for quality, expertise, and thoroughness (He spent a full workday + inspecting our house). His report was comprehensive, precise, easily understandable, as well as easily transferable to/for our post inspection negotiations. We gained, in closing costs alone, much more than we paid for the inspection. Furthermore, and while i will never be foolish enough to verify this statement, i am certain we saved exponentially more than we would have in choosing another inspector. Finally, the thing we enjoyed and appreciated the most about Brad and EAHI is that, in the days and weeks after the inspection report (81 page home report and 22 page pool report), he continued to make himself available daily to myself and my agent as, through our continued home purchase negotiations, we continue to berate him with further questions and requests. I've had quality reports from inspections before my experience with Brad and EAHI; yet, I have never before received anything close to the level service and partnership that Brad and EAHI provided. *****5 Gold Stars*****

Starting with our move in, there were glaring issues that should have been noted. After months we've just gotten more frustrated with things that were missed. When we sold our home the inspector was comprehensive, he checked everything. My expectation is Sean would have done the same but that was just not the case. Major issues were a whole room that had no electric at the outlets, water shutoff outside was inaccessible, and a check of the underneath was just a peek - there were literally plumbing pipes disconnected. Very dissatisfied given he was our realtor recommendation. We've now spent a considerable amount of monies to resolve.

I love in an apartment complex where I pay for pest control. Over the last few months, my Knox…read moretechnician has pretended to come into my apartment and do his preventative maintenence. (I also doubt he does the external maintenece as well as I have never seen so many bugs crawling around on our landing before.) Little does he know, I have cameras in my apartment that activate when the door opens. He has not set foot in my apartment in months but constanly lies about it and has even gone so far as to pretend to enter the apartment by sticking a service note saying service has been completed in my door WHILE I WAS HOME. He did not knock or anything. He just lied and pretended. If that wasn't enough, he has not sprayed inside the units in my entire building and I am starting to see pests that I have not seen in the several years I have lived here so I am pretty sure they were brought in by one of my new neighbors. This could have be avoided for me and rectified for my neighbors if he had just done his job! I wish I could put 0 stars! I have spent the past three weeks waiting for the assigned day that the technician returns to our complex for him to spray and even knowing that I have been complaining, he still refuses to do so. I am absolutely disgusted and disapponted that this company cares so little about performing the services they offer. I would also like to add that I am medically, actually allergic to the pests that are now seemingly trying to take over my apartment and no one seems to care.

Especially the Asian "German" Roach that flies and won't die if you try to smash it to kill it only to comeback alive unless it's decapitated or use "Demon" called powder you add water to make a spray that kills different type roaches, all spiders, most ants and all other bugs. They can also tell you what type of bee/wasp/hornet made a hive, wooden paper cone and how to kill it and when to get a professional. As have traps for Raccoons etc. I've visited them over the past 14+years.

Our roof was original to the house and thus 25 years old. It was time to replace it, and after we…read morerequested bids from three vendors we decided on Renfroe Roofing. Our point man was Shane Renfroe, and through the process he kept in contact with us. Their bid was refreshingly within our budget, and we chose the Rustic Hickory architectural shingles. The crew arrived early in the morning, laying tarps and getting items prepped. Our 7am wakeup was when they started removal of the old roof shingles and felt. Through the day they were active and engaged. The crew worked quickly, and were very professional and polite in our interactions. By 4:30 they were in the final stages of cleanup, and by 5 they were done. There were several passes with various magnetic devices in the final cleanup to try to catch as many of the nails and other metallic debris that had fallen during the activity. After they left I made a cursory round of the house and found only 2 nails. The next day my wife spotted a place in our guest room ceiling where the drywall/finish had cracked a bit. We asked Shane to send someone over to take a look at that and a few places where we had spotted gutter guards that had been pushed out of alignment. They arrived within a couple of days, and they after a thorough inspection of the area and the roof above was able to determine that there were no structural issues nor probable leak issues, and that it was just a thin roof/ceiling structure and some incidental movement with people moving around with bags of shingles. They straightened the gutter guards back in place and ran another set of magnet nail catchers around the house a few times just in case. Through the whole process, Renfroe Roofing provided good communication, timely work, and quality workmanship throughout the process. Beyond a few plastic "tags" blown about by the wind they did an excellent job of cleaning the area, and we are very happy with our new roof.

This summer we had Steve, the owner, come back again and advise us regarding issues we had with our sunroom. Rather than demolition of the structure and and starting from scratch, Steve advised us to have new doors and gutters installed and the roof resurfaced with a rubber membrane which ended up saving us thousands of dollars since there was little demo involved and the original structure was utilized effectively. The project went so well that we asked him to replace the windows, as well. Our room looks fantastic, and we are getting compliments from everyone who sees it. We are so pleased with his workmanship, his crew, and all the products that we are having him come back to install a new Seamless Steel Roof!! 5 star work all the way around.

I have a lifetime warranty, but it's not worth the paper it's written on if they don't honor it. I was told there is a backlog of over 154 homes that have problems that need to be fixed.
