He did not, as he claims, say either thank you or goodbye. Rude, and misleading in his ads. All his good reviews are several years old -- that alone is a warning sign. Not recommended!

We could not be more pleased and fortunate that we did so. This will be our third home purchase. We've had quality inspections on each. Yet, Brad H. distinguished himself far above the rest. Brad, and EAHI, get top marks for quality, expertise, and thoroughness (He spent a full workday + inspecting our house). His report was comprehensive, precise, easily understandable, as well as easily transferable to/for our post inspection negotiations. We gained, in closing costs alone, much more than we paid for the inspection. Furthermore, and while i will never be foolish enough to verify this statement, i am certain we saved exponentially more than we would have in choosing another inspector. Finally, the thing we enjoyed and appreciated the most about Brad and EAHI is that, in the days and weeks after the inspection report (81 page home report and 22 page pool report), he continued to make himself available daily to myself and my agent as, through our continued home purchase negotiations, we continue to berate him with further questions and requests. I've had quality reports from inspections before my experience with Brad and EAHI; yet, I have never before received anything close to the level service and partnership that Brad and EAHI provided. *****5 Gold Stars*****

He will point out unimportant minor things but misses the major things. He explains nothing and doesn't help either the buyer or the seller to understand the issues. He just wants your money.

Upon moving in we noticed separating lvp flooring in the master bathroom with water showing between planks. We called our home warranty company and our insurance company to have inspections and find the cause. The wax ring under the toilet had gone bad long ago according to our plumber. This resulted in a multi-month leak damaging our floors. We are military so we only had the opportunity to see this house once prior to move in and depended on Caleb to make sure our house was move in ready. This was not the case and we have photos from the inspection showing separation in the lvp flooring. After reaching out to try and find resolution Caleb said he couldn't take responsibility and that he doesn't use a moisture meter when doing inspections if he doesn't see any water with the naked eye. (Seems obvious to use a moisture meter in a bathroom during inspection? Also isn't that what they're for? What the naked eye can't see???) We are now stuck with an out of pocket bill and tearing up our bathroom because of something missed. I do not recommend his services unless you plan on paying out of pocket for repairs to water damage.
