Tiffany was awesome. She is so kind and knowledgeable. She fixed a few outlets and then said to call her if the problem continues. We went for a few days with no issues and then the breaker started tripping again. When Tiffany came back she determined the problem was with a box located outside for our septic pump. She was able to fix the issue and so far everything is working great. Every time we had to call Tiffany and Michael they were so kind and both brainstorming to help us figure out our problem. I did call them and discussed their billing of $109.50. I paid the bill and did let them know I would be leaving this review. Their first estimate was for $731.00 and included install 1 dedicated circuit for microwave and install 2 additional circuits in crawlspace for 2 spare circuits. Not what I'd wanted. I just wanted to microwave problem addressed. Second estimate was for $510. for microwave problem. Called another electrician for second opinion. Results: New electrician found problem and fixed for $110.00. I'll let you decided if you want to hire Palmer electric.
