I signed up for a free estimate, a lady called me and got me scheduled 7 days out, She was NOT transparent about possible cancelation, I wasnt warned even a little. My appointment was canceled and I ask why, they did NOT say because of scheduling density, they said after looking over my file they think its best I contact a general contractor. I ask them why, but they did not give me a proper answer, they said scheduling density but i was never offered a reschedule. This was my first hand customer experience with them. I do not recommend. Update 5/14/2026 I'm not sure which profile you took a look at sir or which address, but I do NOT own a mobile home nor did i ask for a estimate on a deck, i asked for estimate on a fence around a regular home, and I already got a "proper" response from the owner yesterday on why it was canceled, he said it was solely because it wasn't work he can "safely and appropriately take on". I have receipts/screenshots of his response as well. I dont know exactly what he means by what he said but I do not wish to address this issue any further, I only responded to clear up false information. Thank you.

I…read moreshopped around at a couple of places once I noticed my dogs could somehow get out of the chain link fence I had on my new house. Griffin fence was the lowest of the bids so I decided to go with them. 2 weeks was what I was told before they could start working. I was required to pay half of the price upfront...which made me nervous but I did it anyway...6ft wood privacy fence treated wood. Sounds good right. However I was never shown an example of what it would look like. So after a week I decided to call an ask. And I also never received a date on when they would start. I need to do other work on my property but the fence needs to get fixed first. I was told on that call to look up dog eat fence at lowes and that's what it will look like. They also told me they would be starting work on that Thursday and it would take approximately 3 days to removed the chain link fence and install the privacy fence. Not really ideal because I have dogs but I'm sure concrete has to cure and stuff. Thursday comes and goes. No work being done. So I decide to call on Friday and see what's up. I call and they said they would be out in Monday. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they blamed it on the amount of rain we have had so they are behind. About 15 minutes after that call ended someone called me back and said they would be out on on Sunday to start because they wanted to spend the day with their daughter on her birthday.......Sunday comes. 10,11,12,1,2 o'clock no workers. So I call again!! I'm told they will be at my home shortly. I said it's already 2pm. 215 they show up and by 315 they have already quit for the day. Now I have no fence at all and it's all laying in a pile in my front yard. Now it's Monday. Still no workers. I woke up at 9am thinking workers would be here around 10. Took the dogs to the park because I have no fence to let them into the backyard. Got home at noon. No workers. I called again!!! See the pattern... And I was told they had to run some errands and would be here shortly. I once again expressed my dissatisfaction. It's now 245. Still no work being done!!! I wish I could give you a review on their actual work, but I haven't seen any! Btw they cashed my check for the initial down payment weeks ago. Other wise I'd tell them to cancel everything
