The task fell to me at the last minute and I called somewhere local to where the tree was to be delivered and installed. Unable to help me, I reached out to Snow's. Amber was incredible. She walked me through the entire princess and she made my last minute need a priority without making me feel small. She exceeded my expectations by emailing me a very professional letter/certificate that I was able to print off and present as my gift. It was so thoughtfully put together with instructions on how to reach Snow's when they were ready for the tree, a genuine message of sympathy, and a picture of the actual tree that is living in the ground at Snow's and waiting to be installed at my aunt and uncle's in memory of my beloved cousin, gone too soon. In the future, I will absolutely look to Snow's for similar, or other landscaping, needs. I cannot recommend them enough!

They have killed multiple things in our yard, including decorations. Refused to do the edging like was agreed upon in their contract. When I contacted them and asked when the edging would be done I was told they would no longer be mowing our lawn!!! I admit we ran behind on a few payments but always, always caught up. When signing the contract I let them know we were on a fixed income and could only pay once a month, he said that was fine. Then dropped us with huge mistakes that he LEFT so he did not have to fix it. The owner is very unprofessional and a bully. You have been warned!!!

They did our…read morelandscaping a few years ago. 75% of the plants died, we're now paying someone to redo it all (adding more dirt in so the plants have a chance to live, like we paid Second Nature to do the first time... but they didn't put enough in). For low-maintenance landscaping, we paid for an irrigation system throughout all the beds. While it was getting redone, we discovered they failed to hook up the water 50% of the beds. They were contacted about this, they came out and acknowledged that it had never been hooked up. Then only offered to supply replacement plants (knowing we had already redid the entire bed with plants better suited for the environment), and now have taken that offer away. They are very nice people but run the business horribly. Find someone else!
